This was our 40th anniversary and Cambria has always been our place to go. Renting a home was a first and we are so very glad we did. What luxury, relaxation and views!! The home was so perfectly located to the ocean for the price! We brought groceries but otherwise had nearly everything we needed. Would only say that we couldn’t find the heat control for 2 days and when we found we turned on. Unfortunately that didn’t work. We found we needed to turn it off and turn back on and then it worked like a gem. Would have loved to use the fireplace but there were no instructions. There were old logs in the fireplace and the grate is old and very, very rusted so we didn’t trust trying too use it. That was the one disappointment. Would encourage visitors to bring all bathroom soaps, shampoo, etc. Truly a lovely home to stay at!! Beautiful neighborhood - just perfect!!

The only thing that I would improve is how low the shower heads are, my whole family is tall and I wanted to wash my long hair but that would have hurt my back. The rest of the house is awesome

Elevation is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at and Breen Vacation Station remains the best at offering quality vacation rentals.The views were awesome, The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the WiFi was good, the TVs were great and the living room was very comfortable. The star of the show was the dependable elevator that worked flawlessly. The garage was a bit of a tight squeeze for our RAV4, but it did fit.

If you are going to the coast to enjoy the sea air and the view you will be disappointed in this house. I could not find one window that opened for some fresh air and to hear the ocean waves. Most of the locks are broken off, inclding the kitchen and master bath(that window was taped shut. Not sure why..also had problems with wifi and tv and master toilet clogged up...The property mgr did take care of these problems but took some time. The property is lovely, gorgeous views and master bed was very comfortable. The house is welll stocked and we opened doors for air but not ideal solution.

Arriving here late on a Friday felt like getting to an old friends' house you'd been to a thousand times. The house was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking the ocean (a 1 minute walk), and was perfectly clean. This is a great base camp for exploring the area and our kids loved every minute of it!

We have returned to Cambria for the past ten years. This is the first time we stayed at this particular house. The location is perfect- right in front of the ocean, steps away from the Fiscalini nature reserve, a pleasure for the senses. We brought a friend with us who also enjoyed enormously our week-long retreat. We hightly recommend this house and Cambria.

The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of towels. Overall clean. The deck barely fits 4 people. Tight but nice view. NO WINDOWS OPEN THROUGHOUT HOUSE. I had to get a fan from property manager. Windows are in much need of a cleani g! No screens on doors. Overall house needs some maintenance. I wouldn't rent it again at that price.

This was our second stay at this home and we loved it. In spite of the chilly weather this year, we were more than happy to be out of the heat at home. The home was close to the beach and a great place to watch the fireworks from inside the home. Even better to watch them from the deck outside. The home is located just a couple of minutes (by car), to Moonstone Beach. and just a few more minutes away from town. The elevator was a blessing for me with my bad back. I'm glad I didn't have to walk up and down the stairs from one floor to the next. The office staff was very polite and friendly. I want to thank Haleigh for all the help she provided. The home was very clean and comfortable throughout. The only let down was, we had to leave to come home again. We hope to stay there again if it's available and we are able to come there. Anyway, thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful time at this rental! Great location and beautiful view. The only issue we had was the lock on the door knob was really tricky and we kept getting locked out. Use the dead bolt instead and you'll be good to go!

We were not able to go
Unfortunately, we were not able to go on our trip to Cambria, due to illness. We certainly hope to re-schedule at some point in the near future. Yes, we were disappointed that we could not go, but health was more important! Thanks!

This was the 3rd yr. we brought our grandson with us to see the fireworks and only one was seen in the air. He was asleep by then and missed it. Anyway, the house is great and thank God for the elevator. I have a bad back and that sure was a blessing. Especially when there isn't a bathroom on the top floor. Lucky for us, it has everything. The power went out for several hours one night and there were enough batteries around to place in the candles they supply. We would like to stay there again. But I doubt if we will come for the 4th of July again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home. The weather didn't cooperate with opportunities to witness and enjoy the magnificent sunsets that we could only imaging hid behind the heavy fog. Our biggest piece of feedback would be to clean the windows in the living room, prior to each guest stay. The view is one of the best parts, and clean windows would be fantastic to arrive to. I tried to clean them the best I could, but would rather it had been done prior. Otherwise we were very happy with our time there and would love to come again.

The house was as wonderful as the last time we stayed there. Unfortunately the power went out 5 ours after we arrived there. Stayed the night with no electricity or heat. We finally left in the afternoon the next because the power still had not come on. Very sad we didn't get to enjoy the house, we love it there.

More than Expected
Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Sometimes pictures of rentals are deceiving, not this one, it was beyond our expectations! A beautiful view from the entire living area on the top floor, bathrooms for every bedroom, updated, well maintained, and the biggest surprise was the elevator! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place!
The property manager was helpful. The house was clean. I can see and hear the waves from the property—so soothing. Great quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay.
The only hiccup was the water heater broke on our 2nd day stay. We had to take cold showers, however, property manager was very responsive and got it fixed later that day.
Wifi was super slow, but least of our concern since we were there to disconnect.
I highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

Quiet and relaxing
It was wonderful to wake up every morning and see, smell and hear the ocean waves. BBQ-ing was the best in this weather with calm and nice views. Our family enjoyed this much needed time together. Thank you for everything.
