Situated in Santa Barbara, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. West Beach is the best part of Santa Barbara! This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. Numerous restaurants, wine tastings and Downtown are within easy walking distance, or take the shuttle, 1 block away.

We had a wonderful stay with attentive hosts, and we would go back in a heart beat! Walking distance to so many things. Bakeries, the pier, restaurants and even museums. The porch was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. So glad we chose to stay here!

Enjoyed our stay - we were visiting family nearby and this place gave us some time to ourselves, too. Enjoyed the creek and birds; nearby Funk Zone was a plus. We would return! While near the train, the noise was not an issue...

We loved our stay at Guusje and Erik's place. Check in/out was super simple. The location is great, close to so many great restaurants and attractions. The house has everything you may need durning your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little boho apartment in a prime location very near the beach, we were able to walk to most places. So much to do and see in Santa Barbara! We highly recommend a trip to the Channel Islands and a wine tour with @Captain Jacks tours.

The location of this property is perfect. You're near the beach, pier, wharf, State Street, the Funk Zone, etc. There's also a huge wraparound balcony that's perfect for relaxing in Santa Barbara's lovely Mediterranean climate. And the apartment is furnished with some thoughtful items, like a guitar and backup iPhone cables in case you forgot yours. Our main concern was cleanliness and upkeep. The bed comforter had a stain. The lids on the trash bins were dirty and gross. Some of the drinking glasses on the upper shelf in the kitchen were coated in a thick, dusty residue as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a bag in the freezer with half-eaten popsicles and used popsicle sticks. The refrigerator contained a handful of random items that had expired months ago. There was a pill organizer with some previous residents vitamins/pills in the bathroom windowsill. There were no instructions for how to use the entertainment system. Honestly, the apartment seems like an afterthought.

The property was exactly as described. Just right for our family. Great location and off street parking was a plus. Atmosphere in the outdoor covered patio, and proximity to amenities was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

I honestly can't rate this Vrbo experience highly enough! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, especially being able to walk to those perfect Santa Barbara beaches, not to mention all the walkable choices for dining and entertainment. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and drink after a full day of more relaxation, and thanks for providing all the beach gear! Additional coolness points will be awarded to the host for having my favorite Pierce Brosnan Bond movie available on VHS. If you're lucky enough to book this place for your stay, don't hesitate to do it!

This studio is the perfect spot for a young couple looking for a relaxing beach vacation. So close to the beach and so many restaurants, bars, and shops. The place is clean and organized and fit all of our needs.

Exceeded our expectations ! Lovely porches , great location . Were able to walk to everything . The Amtrak train is close and does come by a couple of times a night that took some getting used to . However , we would book this property again if in the area .

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara. Close to State Street, the Train Station and Beach. The balcony is superb with so many spots to sit and enjoy the sun. Perfect for a couple or small family. 5 stars all the way around!

Loved this property! The location could not be any better…5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars and the beach. 10 minute walk to state street. The place is self had everything you could need. Both beds were very comfortable, there were lots of bathroom and kitchen necessities. The balcony is huge and nice to hang out on. The hosts were very responsive and were flexible with my Check out time when I lost my car keys right before leaving SB, which I so appreciated. The train station being so close was not an issue at all. This will hopefully be my go to place for my many future SB stays.

This is the second Christmas we've stayed at this property, couldn't have been happier:) The location is amazing, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, love the eclectic decor, the wrap around deck is awesome! My husband, daughter, and I spent a weekend here and found it to be a convenient base for exploring Santa Barbara. There was plenty of room for the three of us, and the rental was comfortable and clean. The porch, which wraps around two sides of the building, has lots of seating and was a perfect place for coffee, reading, and conversation. While there isn’t air conditioning, the windows provide plenty of fresh air and help keep the space cool. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back on a future trip!

This is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. The location is so convenient for walking around town and getting to the ocean. We found the property clean and perfect for our needs. The balcony is fabulous and makes the spacious apartment feel even larger. We didn’t use the oven, but the stovetop worked well.

Easy to access, great that there’s a private lot. The only downside was the train in the morning 6:15a and again around 9:30a. You could take the train to SB and walk here. Being close to the beach and downtown is a great location but a lot of outside noise (we had windows open). Nice it had a kitchen but I’d bring my own coffee next time. I’m pretty particular. I’d stay here again based on location and space.

If you’re looking for accommodations that are walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops while being a bit off the beaten track, this is the place for you! Spacious one bathroom studio apartment with large, stocked kitchen and AMAZING wrap around porch!! My sister-in-law & I needed a 3 day vacay to celebrate our birthdays and couldn’t have chosen a better place🎉There is a queen bed and a pull out couch that is super comfy! Lots of natural light and windows to get the ocean cross breeze! A free parking space was a bonus as parking is a premium here…There is a canal on one side, the train depot behind and shops & restaurants across the street. The first train departs at 6:50 am & the last at 10:00 pm, so unless you’re early to bed & late to rise, it shouldn’t affect your sleep…but the horns are loud fyi…Santa Barbara has so much to offer, so if you want to just chill, or explore, or bike/surf/fish/golf/etc, you won’t run out of options. We hated to leave-wished we booked a week, but will be back again😎

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location was amazing! So close to the beach and restaurants. The property was well-equipped and our kids loved using the boogie boards at the beach. Although it's near the train station, the noise didn't bother us since there were no trains in the middle of the night. We loved all the outdoor space and had all of our meals al fresco. We want to return soon!
