We took a family vacation of 13 people to our daughter and son-in-laws condo, located 3 blocks from this place. My wife and I stayed here and it was a great experience. The property was amazing and perfect for what we needed. A short 3 block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this place.

The property was clean and in a quiet neghborhood as descibed in the listing. The listing stated being close to many restaurants. We assumed this meant within walking distanace, but most required transportation. The trolley is an excellent way to get around, it would be helpful to mention it in the property description. The bikes were an excellent addition as well as the beach supplies. The pool was nice although it was descibed as private but was shared with the other unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was well maintained and the pool was an extra bonus. Location was perfect as the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The check in process was easy and they were so accommodating with our requests. Definitely would stay again!

Was a great place, clean, had everything we needed. Except the tv/cable, for 2 seniors 3 remotes to try to work a tv is not doable unless you leave instructions

This property is on a dead end street with a lot of privacy but a short walk to the beach with no traffic. The new pool and deck are great. The whole property had a very at-home feel and was super clean. We made several meals in the kitchen. We will definitely visit again.

The condo was more private than expected! We really got a chance to rest and relax! It is in a good location! The place was so clean when we first entered! We highly recommend this stay if you want privacy and to unwind! We are looking forward to possibly staying here again soon!

This property is perfect! Great location. Great communication with David. Property was clean and cozy. Beach items were available for use. Bicycles were available. Excellent price. So close to the beach! We had a fabulous visit and will be returning to stay again. The only frown of the entire seat was the fire pit was not there. A+ rating. Thank you David.

I have nothing but great things to say about this lovely beach vacation home. The location to the beach, only two blocks away, was a huge plus since we didn’t have a rental car. It is within walking distance to several delicious restaurants and a CVS for any needed items. The owner was very responsive and available anytime we had a question. He had several beach items available for our use including beach towels, wagon, beach mat, umbrellas and even coolers! The beds were SUPER comfortable and there were updated appliances throughout the home. There was a really nice outdoor area on our deck where we spent most of our evenings. We had the most PERFECT Florida vacation. I would definitely rent from David again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home so others can enjoy!

Never again. Wo st place we have a ver rented. Certainly not worth h what we spent. I think we deserve a refund especially after being afraid of take ng shower. Because the lights blinked when water was tuned on.

Incredible place. Short walk to beach. Had my morning coffee on porch and ended my evening on the porch. Very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. It was perfect.

The stay was good. The property came with bare essentials, for example, there were no trash bags. The mosquitos were horrible on the deck, so we had to get some citronella candles that hardly helped. There were also ants in the kitchen/dining room and the bathroom. It was a good location for the beach. Walls are thin, and our neighbors were loud. Air conditioner outside was way louder tho.

Parking for the beach is very difficult but this property is only a couple of blocks away and easy to walk without the hassle of parking!! Huge lovely deck. It was perfect for our needs. Host was responsive to basic maintenance issues and more than made up for the minor inconvenience (which can happen with any rental situation). Highly recommend.

The property was well kept and clean. Inside was clean and perfect for my 2 teenagers and myself. The beach supplies were nice especially the carts to stroll everything to the beach. It was a nice short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Easy two-block walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away, and several you can walk to. The property itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. A good size for four people, although the living room feels a little small if all four are sitting in it at the same time. Only disappointment was the presence of a dishwasher but no soap for it was provided. And for a stay longer than our three days would need additional trash bags to be provided. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything we needed for our 3 night trip. The apartment was clean, nice balcony, short walk to the beach, nearby grocery store/restaurants and quiet. There was access to a beach room with wagons, propane, bikes, beach chairs etc. There was cable tv and steaming services access. Overall I would give this place 5/5. Some things to consider, the Wi-Fi was a tad spotty on day 1 (not sure why but no big deal), bathroom rugs were left in the washer when we arrived, no detergent for the dishwasher. In the future maybe consider at least salt/pepper to keep on hand, especially for those who plan to cook. Also, the communication was very transactional (and yes, this is a business transaction) but I’m also paying for an experience. For example, start the initial email after booking with a simple thank you for booking your place before going into all of the house rules and stating this is your vacation home and your job is not to pamper the guests. I was a bit turned off with that message and had this not been a last minute booking I would have missed out on a great property.

The condo was really nice. This was our 1st time at Indian Rocks. The Beach is just a block away. That is where we spent most of our time. Keegans restaurant was really good and so was PJ'S Oyster Bar. The outside dining was really nice at both places. Was only here for a short trip (4 days) but had a really nice time. I would definitely rent this condo again.
