We loved our stay in this apartment. It is modern, nice and cosy, totally clean, perfectly equipped, nicely styled. We felt like at home. It was our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach. The beach area is quiet and relaxing. the water is relatively shallow for a good bit and would be awesome if bringing small children. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The use of the beach equipment and wagon was especially nice. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and because it happened to be exceptionally hot during our stay, the pool after the beach was refreshing.

The property was clean with comfy beds and a cold A/C. Larry was very responsive and made check in easy. One of our favorite amenities was all of the beach stuff!! Wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrella, toys and even a weight for floating. Location was perfect with a beach access being a short walk away. The pool looked very inviting but we did not use it. I would definitely rent this property again.

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and the property was perfect! It was in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the public beach access. The property was immaculately clean and well kept. We also were able to enjoy the new above ground pool, which was an excellent addition to our stay. There are only two negative things I can say. One, the beds were too soft in comparison to the firmness my family and I are used to. Two, there aren’t any hooks or racks to hang beach towels and wet swimsuits inside or outside of the property. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

It was a great visit. The condo was very clean, there was an excellent selection of pots and pans, dishes and glasses. Just a short walk to the beach. Property manager was very nice, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We would define stay here again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the condo, spent a lot of time on the nice private deck. Very quiet and a short walk to the beach. Did not need to contact Larry except for the day we arrived and he was very responsive. Nice to meet you David and Jackson too.

We enjoyed the condo near the beach. It was accurately described, short walk to the beach and restraunts Great stash of beach accessories like chairs, coolers, umbrellas and wagon to haul it. We enjoyed the covered shuffleboard on a rainy day. Would stay here again.

We stay in several rentals for vacays and this one we really loved. The location is a quiet neighborhood no ocean view but you are so close to the ocean it's a 10 min walk at the most. Tons of great beach items to set you up for hours at the beach. The bikes were so nice to ride on the beach in the a.m. we were acouple miles from liquor store and a publix and walking distance to several delish restaurants. It's also wonderfully places between Clearwater and st Pete's for day time trips. We saw dolphin almost daily and had a very relaxing time .

Overall a very pleasant experience. When arriving, the kitchen island had sand and grit on it that needed to be wiped down, but I put that on the cleaning service and not the property. Close walking distance to a very nice beach. Property had a wagon and supples for us to use at the beach. Would recommend.

This is an amazing listing. The property was beautiful, the apartment was perfect for my family of 4 (thats with an infant and 2 year old). The amenities are just an added delightful treat. My husband and I weren’t even there 24 hours and we were already planning our next trip and plan on staying at Mr. Kennedy’s property again! Trust me when I say, you would be missing out if you don’t book with this listing!

We enjoyed this unit for 6 days. Lovely quiet street, walking distance to the beach. As described the property has beach wagons, umbrellas, chairs etc.. it was so nice to have those accessible. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had which is greatly appreciated. We would love to return.
