This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is one of four units that make up the fisher brothers flats. Condos are uniquely decorated in conjunction with vintage hardware. Each unit has a unique theme that will not disappoint. Amenities include, reserved parking, elevator access, full service kitchen, gas range, washer and dryer, A/C, high end mattresses and linens. This unique location of this condo puts you in the heart of the city. Walking distances to numerous brew pubs and restaurants. Hop on the trolley in front of the condo and enjoy the beauty that Astoria has to offer. We encourage you to sit back and relax and enjoy the Columbia River and The Astoria-Megler Bridge views.

Wonderful location next to river walk/trolley & close to downtown. Throughly enjoyed downtown Art Walk & Farmers Market. Lucky us to have beautiful sunsets & weather for many walks along river. Manager communication positive, e.g. exted me with an update when power went out all over town. The two bd unit is roomy & well suited for two couples. There is a constant hum from brewery next door but with windows closed at night you won’t hear it. We enjoyed watching the boats on the river from the window. Wishes: that there was a table to eat at instead of a high counter, more kitchen supplies such as a colander, bread cutting knife, spatula. View out living room window includes building across the walkway but we also enjoyed the river view & watching the big boats pass by.

Property was nice, had higher end amenities. Great location for walking to downtown/restaurants. Nice to have plenty of close parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very nice 2br2ba condo. Only negative was tv in main br did not work or cable was not attached or set up. Stay was for weekend wedding of a friend’s daughter. Condo is near river with great view and walking distance to everything we did that weekend. Very secure. Would stay again.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that there was a homeless camp in the parking lot we had to use. We felt uncomfortable but stayed in this well appointed condo. The building needs better hallway lighting near the door to the condo. It was very dark for the digital key system. Most of our view was of the water towers for the distillery. Great inside condo but poor location.

Kind of a modern industrial vibe, beautifully furnished and designed. Nice view of the water and bridge. So clean it felt brand new. And walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants.

This rental is in the ideal location for visiting Astoria. It's practically on the water on the Riverfront Trolley. We didn't have to drive anywhere because everything is within walking distance. The property is new built and has all of the amenities that you could ask for.

Overall, the place was comfortable, there were lots of pots, pans, plates, and silverware, which is nice when there is a full kitchen available. We all liked the eclectic styling. The bathrooms were spacious and I liked how the master closet acted as a buffer between the room and the bathroom. The beds were generally comfortable with lots of pillows and we all had a good time watching movies in the living room and playing games on the large coffee table, which looks like it was hand made and locally sourced - super cool!
The property manager was very quick to respond to an issue I had while I during my stay even though it was late. I was super happy with the communication!
We did find a random single sock under a couch, as well as some peanuts on the rug in the main living room, but it was clean besides that.
Immediately outside the building there was a Sulphur smell that made its way into our bathroom when the fan was on or the east facing windows were open. The smell was very strong outside the building on the northeast side when the wind was blowing. It seemed like it was coming from next door, which made me wonder if it was related to the Buoy building roof collapse. This is not a complaint against the Fisher Bros flats building or host. Fortunately it was NOT emanating from inside the condo unit or inside the building halls although it was strong in the elevator.

We visited Astoria to attend Fort George's Festival of Dark Arts. This property was in a great location, was super comfortable, and was well furnished. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out were simple. We would love to stay here again.

The location is nice. Your need more towels, a comfortable couch or chair, and the kitchen is not 'cook' friendly. The lazy Susan also needs cleaning

This was the perfect location to everything in town. We were able to walk to just about everything. The view and sound of the River was amazing. The place was more than what we needed but everything we were hoping for. Will most likely stay at this same location again.
