About this cottage rental
Enjoy the charm of a 1950's beach cottage right in the heart of the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego. Enjoy a king sized bed!
Just 10-15 minutes drive from the airport this place is centrally located and close to downtown San Diego and Balboa Park,
Second floor accommodations just one block to sand water in Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego.
This one bedroom cottage is one of four in the same complex whereby all of the units are vacation rentals.
Plenty of privacy as this place is situated above the garage and has covered patio.
Sleeps up to four guests with a king bed and a full sized convertible sleeper sofa.
Please note the open floor plan as wall between the bedroom and living room does not go to the ceiling.
All linens and bath & beach towels provided.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Beach gear includes; 2 chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler
Ocean Beach in the flight path of the San Diego airport. Planes can begin taking off at 6:30 am and the last departures typically occur around 11:30 pm. There is a curfew in place that prohibits departures between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.

Ocean Beach is a wonderful area to stay in. The cottage was charming and Katrina was very responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again in a New York minute :-) The only caveat is that Ocean Beach is in the direct flight path of San Diego airport to just be prepared for flights overhead. We were not bothered by this at all but others might be.

Very whimsical upstairs bungalow close to the beach. Very walkable, safe area. You are in direct flight path for flight takeoffs from SAN, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location. Less than 5 minute walk to beach and to community of Ocean Beach. Tons of character-- loved the covered patio. Made it perfect for our family of 3. Very clean. Only issue was some confusion about how to get into garage. Resolved quickly. All other check-in instructions were very clear and detailed.
