The house and each unit are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and quiet, all while being situated in a fantastic location. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with two western beds and two traditional beds in a tatami room. Wonderful amenities such as in suite washer & dryer, kitchen and includes two toilets and beautiful shower. There is even a roof top patio. The location was conveniently located within minutes of a grocery store, restaurants and tourist attractions. My family was able to walk to all attractions. Highly recommend for a family. The apartment had nice minimalist decor and was very quiet.

Komatsu Residence was such a great find. Centrally located and for the places that were a bit further out the bus system worked out wonderfully. Takase-San was very easy to work with and helped us to receive and send our luggage, making our travels so much easier. The residence was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Kyoto.
