Nestled in Seaside, this charming house for $778 per night is a great option for your next trip. A 3400 square foot townhome with four master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with panoramic views of the ocean from the front deck and living room and golf course/mountains from the spacious back deck. Completely furnished and tastefully decorated in every room. Open floor plan with neutral colors and comfortable elegance throughout with its many upgrades. Master bedroom has unparalleled view of the ocean, king sized bed, with attached and amazing bathroom with two shower stall and large Jacuzzi two person tub. It includes a flat screen TV with cable and a desk with access to cable and WiFi internet. Bonus suite with two queen sized beds and futon with adjoining luxurious bathroom and views of golf course and surrounding mountain range. Main floor guest room has a queen sized bed and attached full sized elegant bathroom. Access to back deck with view of golf course and surrounding mountain range. Deck has large table with chairs and large BBQ. Downstairs guest room (the wicker room) has a queen sized bed and is decorated with all wicker furniture, and attached full sized bathroom. Access to the back patio. A gourmet kitchen equipped with a sub zero refrigerator and Wolf stove flows into the dining area and living room. The living room also boasts a flat screen TV with cable. The living room and dining area sports an unequalled view of the ocean from the tip of the Washington Peninsula to Tillamook Head. A small deck will allow you to view the amazing sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine and a fresh crab cocktail. Two bikes and many board games are available for your use. Other items furnished includes cable TV, DVD, high speed cable internet connection and WiFi, CD player, washer-dryer, games, puzzles, cards and much more. Smoke free. No pets allowed. This beach house is amazing and exceeded our expectations. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, large refrigerator and we appreciated the bathroom in each bedroom. Of course the views from the front bay window are breathtaking and ease to the beach a piece of cake. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the accommodations were perfect for our family getaway, and the townhouse was exceptionally clean. The only drawbacks were the wine frig did not cool down (but perhaps we didn't know how to operate it?), and looking at the power lines from the living room ocean view. But other than that, we would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with my entire family (range 5-67). The house was in the perfect location with beautiful views. It was fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, bikes and great kitchen. Would recommend bringing fans, as they were not at house and upstairs gets very hot. Lots of extra blankets and towels were available! Tom was great to work with and we hope to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

Beach house was a short walk across the street to the beach!! Close to downtown seaside, but just far enough way beach was never crowded!! Roomy kitchen/dining for family gathering for meals and games, and yet spacious enough for everyone to retire to their own room and bathroom! Would highly recommend!!

Well maintained beautiful home with amazing views. So easy to book. Communication with property manager is excellent - no waiting. The house is very clean and comfortable. This is our second year there and we're already booked for next year!

Can't Beat the View!
My girlfriends and I have stayed here several times and will always come back. We have so much space, a wonderful place to gather together with an amazing view of the ocean right across the street and everything we could ask for in the kitchen. We love being in the cove with just a short drive to the turnaround and still have restaurants a short walk away. We call this home our happy place!

The views were amazing. The house was perfect. It was one of the cleanest rental homes I have stayed at. The kitchen was perfect and the beds were all very very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. It had the comfort of home. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place, well appointed and classy. It has everything you need in a vacation home and access to a quiet beach, and not far from the excitement and fun of Seaside. We will stay here again!

Perfect Spot
We vacation at Seaside every summer, but this was our first stay on the south end of town. Perfect location for playing on the beach with littles. When the tide is way out, there are tide pools to explore and watching the surfers was fun too! House was super clean and had everything we needed!

We had a great time, with lots of space for everyone. The weather was great also. One suggestion is to leave the functions of each button on the dishwasher, somewhere, (a note on the fridge), as they were all wore off. I thought I ran the dishwasher, but next morning still dirty dishes. Thanks

Spring break stay, April 2021
We stayed here for a week with 2 kids, 2 parents, and my MIL. The house was fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The kids played on the sandy beach across the street every single day. It was a lovely getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

A great Christmas week
We stayed here for the Christmas week this year and had a wonderful holiday. This property was as described in the listing. There were eight of us in our family group, mostly young adults. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a place to stay. Loved the living room views of the ocean. We surfed and it was nice to just be across the street and the hot water hose at the house was great to wash off. Also the extra large garage was good to layout all the surfing gear to dry. We stayed in and cooked most of our meals and was impressed with the kitchen dishes and utensils. I did bring my own slow cooker and pizza pans. The appliances were high end, and the kitchen set up was good to have multiple people working on meals. The dining table only accommodated 6 people, but there were extra folding chairs and a card table. Everyone loved the big jetted tub upstairs. A wonderful place to stay at Seaside.

Really great spacious open home with 4 large bedrooms with private baths one beautiful master suite. We lived the open concept as well as the outstanding view of the beach and ocean. The home had what we needed for making great meals. We could not have been happier.

What an amazing property! The owner is quick to respond to any question you may have with great customer service and is extremely easy to deal with.
This property is much larger than the pictures showcase. Right across from the beach, the views of the ocean were magnificent! Surfers and beach goers without the large crowds that you would find near the Seaside Broadway turnaround beachfront. The kitchen was a chefs dream and we enjoyed making meals and relaxing. The backside view of the golf course was nice and quiet. Loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and the view from the master is amazing!
I would definitely rent this property again! Before renting I had read the reviews and was a bit afraid to see the “golf man” near the bar area. Well, good news...we never found him so he has departed the home!
As for feedback for the owner, I would say it would be nice to have the outside windows cleaned more often to take advantage of the amazing views. It’s understandable that they get ocean spray daily! Another thing would be a larger dining table so everyone could sit at the table. It wasn’t an issue at all because of the expansive living, dining and kitchen island!

Loved the location to the beach and Seaside. My family and I where able to have a quiet vacation with lots of walks on the beach. Also loved the view of the ocean from the rental and we also liked being close enough to town to get there quickly but just enough away that didn't have the busy beaches.
