Pretty bad experience

Location

Super noisy, they keep blasting lousy music up to midnight. The dorm room are the worst, with multiple people passing by and opening doors, turning on lights and so on. Last day I had the pleasure to be woken up by someone talking on the phone at 6AM. The night before I had a discussion with someone else because they were talking on the speaker at 1AM. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.

Busquen un lugar mejor, sucio malo cochino

Nada, por favor no vayan a este lugar. Puedes pagar un poco más y conseguir un lugar mucho mejor.

Mal personal, sucio con baratas en la cocina, los baños llenos de pelo y recipientes de shampoo, no existe ningún tipo de limpieza.

ホステルにいる犬を洗っていないんだろうね。貸してくれるシーツ、枕、タオルに獣臭さを感じたし、実際に翌日には頭が獣臭くなった。そこは減点だね。

Con excelentes espacios para tomar el sol, para estudiar, trabajar, excelente. La atención de las chicas de recepción fue impecable, muy serviciales en todo el tiempo, la ubicación y las habitaciones son muy buenas.

El olor a cigarrilo y a marihuana todo el tiempo en la terraza, las mesas siempre estaban llenas de colillas de cigarrillos, también el orden de la cocina que 100% depende de los mismos huéspedes que son bastante desaseados, no habían platos ni pocillos, las personas que entran a hacer el aseo en las habitaciones son exageradamente ruidosas.

Precios cómodos pero ambiente denso, y mucho olor a marihuana en la terraza.

me gusto la ubicación y el precio económico... la estancia estuvo bien, hay espacio para trabajar y si deseas ahorrar en tu estadía es una buena opción.

realmente la vibra del lugar es super pesada, fuman mucha marihuana en la terraza... MUCHAAAA, y eso q tienen un letrero que dice * viaja sin drogas* hilarante no?... el ambiente se siente energéticamente pesado... El baño de mi cuarto específicamente era horrible, daba mucho asco, estaba despintado... se sentía la humedad... de noche hacia muchisimo frio y si no pides una cobija no te la dan. La chica gorda de recepción tiene una actitud super pedante, y no se... siento que el resto del personal es un poco más amigable.

Joguei dinheiro fora. Entrei num dia e sai no outro - até conseguir me hospedar num outro hotel.

Não gostei. Não havia água no chuveiro. Muito barulho. Banheiro sem privacidade. Higiene deixa a desejar. Não retorno.

Rooms feel stuffed. Kitchen area okay, but not the cleanest. Bathrooms not enough for all guests in the hostel

Extremely loud and unenjoyable stay

The location was close to Alameda Park and a short walk to Centro Historico. The room was clean and comfortable and very cool at night which was nice. It was very large for a couple to enjoy after a long day exploring.

The property held events every night that went to past midnight including karaoke, trivia and live bands - this made it extremely difficult to fall asleep. To add to the very loud events held upstairs, people would then come down and talk very loudly in groups outside our room which meant we got hardly any sleep whilst there and in turn ended up moving locations mid way through our stay. The events that are held every night should be noted on the website for people to understand prior to staying here.

Superb

The whole building is great with a nice rooftop terrace. The bunks were sturdy and equipped with curtains, fixed ladders and relatively big lockers. Staff was always super friendly and helpful! As the location is not in Roma/Condesa it shows a more authentic part of MX city with a great park, markets and shops closeby.

Everything would be much better if drinking water in garrafones would be provided!! These other things are only small details and the overall stay was great: - Mattress was a bit old and I could feel some of the springs but still comfy enough - The female dorm was a bit tight and crammed - Absolute highlight would be little lights in the bunks to read

Warm and welcoming, far from boring. Made some genuine friends for life

The rooftop is amazing, the staff and people staying here felt like a big family, laid-back, and lots of cool events. Like karaoke!

Hmm... it got a little cold at night. Which is really an issue I had with Mexico City, not the hostel

Staff keep up the amazing job and providing the guests an opportunity to remain cozy

The moment I set foot at the hostel I felt welcomed by the staff. They assisted in my every need. I was there early and had time to spend before my bed was ready. They store my bags at a secure room next to their counter and allowed me to roam the city for a bit until it was time to check in. The staff provided guidance on other services to visit the city with additional guidance. It is one of the most comforting experience in a hostile.

Gonna miss the pancakes the most

The staff is amazingly friendly. Be sure to try the pancakes from Noemi! The place is close to some main highlights and the metro station. Would love to come back

Pleasant

I'm a frequent guest at this place, comfortable, clean and well located.

Due to its increasing popularity and thus, operating at full capacitymost of the time; the customer service is not what it used to be. This last time I was there the receptionist was not willing to help, had a condescending tone, and acted like he just wanted to get rid of me to catch up with his duties... I hope next time I go, I receive the customer service from before.
