Situated in Scottsdale, this attractive house for $460 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Owned by serial entrepreneurs, this house has it all! Lush, green, private desert oasis acre lot with a gas heated pool (heat extra), large hot tub(free), and Pickleball sport court! Relax by the private, large, sparkling pool with lots of shaded lounging and a great view of the McDowell Mountains. Play basketball or pickle-ball (rackets, balls, and net available) on the lighted sport court that is surrounded by mature trees. Enjoy the barbecue and spacious outdoor patios for entertaining and dining. No boring gray house here! This colorful and joyful Scottsdale ranch on a corner acre lot is an updated, open concept 3000sf home that offers five spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen will come stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including Wolf and GE Profile appliances, or hire our exclusive Greek Chef. There are both informal and formal dining tables inside. The great room has plenty of seating for large groups and satellite Dish TV. For a special bonus, ask about the Tiny Disco, it's a thing! City of Scottsdale mandates that: short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children) A $400 refundable damage deposit will be requested on all bookings and is not included in the quote. The pool has a propane heater which is available for the pool at an extra cost of $100/day, 3 day minimum Guest access You will have whole house access. Garage is not accessible. Other things to note The house can sleep 14 upon approval. Primary renter must be at least 27 years old. Renters under 35 years old must pay a $600 refundable security deposit. My friends and i stayed here and it was wonderful! Lots of beds and rooms. The backyard is beautiful. We had a great time playing pickleball, going in the hot tub, and wishing the weather was warmer for the pool. Property owners very attentive and prompt to our needs. Would stay again!

House was as advertised. Check in was smooth. Owners very responsive. Would recommend the chef who comes in house to prepare a yummy Greek meal, that was a highlight. Enjoyed the pickleball court and hot tub! Pool heater didn’t work, but owner’s made that right. We enjoyed the house and stay!

The home was everything we hoped for and more. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces so much - pickleball, pool, hot tub, the lovely patio and luscious lawn. The kitchen was fully stocked, the televisions large and worked easily, the beds comfortable. All the comforts of home! The manager was always available for small questions and cared about our stay. Highly recommend Lex the Greek Chef - it was one of the highlights of our Scottsdale trip! Wonderful location, special home.

The house and property exceeded our expectations! Everything was wonderful! The house had so much space and was very clean and comfortable- just as pictured. The patio was awesome, between the pickleball court, hot tub, and the pool, everyone had a great time and so much fun to be had! Can’t wait to come back, and would definitely rent from Arlene- a great host!!!! Was a very memorable vacation 😊 We would recommend this to anyone. Don’t forget to request the Greek Chef, a 5 star experience that the whole family enjoyed.

We stayed at this wonderful home for over three weeks. There was a changing group of family members who came and went over the time period. Everyone from Great Grandma at 93 to our youngest, 16 months, loved their stay. The layout of the home gave everyone their own space and privacy, with large areas to gather together. The inside of the home is beautiful and the yard is fabulous. The orange, lemon and grapefruit trees were loaded with fresh fruit. The pool, hot tub and pickleball court got lots of use. Plenty of seating outside to just sit and enjoy each other's company. Our hosts, Arlene and John were super responsive. We got immediate replies and quick action for any of our communications. Alexandros, the Greek Chef, was wonderful. We had him cook for us every weekend and we enjoyed his meals (and abundant left overs!) very, very much. The whole experience was top-notch.

We took a few days to escape the Midwest winter and this property was amazing. Between two families and eight people we had plenty of room. Each family took a “wing” of the house. The backyard pool and hot tub were amazing, and the court was perfect for the kids. Location was perfect for accessing anything we needed in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend the property if you are planning a trip to AZ in the future.

The house is exactly as pictured and offered so much space and things to do for our group of nine (with five teenagers). Arlene was terrific to work with and super responsive.
I highly recommend having Lex, the Greek chef, make a meal. It was delicious and a highlight of the trip!

All was as advertised. The host was promptly responsive to questions. All of us were very pleased both with the house and the grounds. Our ages ranged from 17-76, and there was something for everyone. We would not hesitate to go back another time.

This was the perfect place for our siblings and their spouses to spend some quality time with one another. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and the kitchen was well furnished.

It was awesome. There was 10 of us and at no point did we feel like we didn't have enough room. There was a lot to do here with outside games, a very nice pool and tones of options to relax outside and enjoy the sun. Location was good and only about a 15 to 20 minute Uber ride to any of the events we went to. Overall a great experience and well worth the money.

Arlene's place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Scottsdale. The house was wonderfully charming and incredibly welcoming. We were a group of 10 adults and the house was the perfect accommodation for our us. The bedrooms were all spacious, the beds were comfortable, and with three full-sized bathrooms, we never felt like we were on top of each other.
I would say that our favorite place was the back yard. Coming from Wisconsin in February, the hot tub was an absolute dream, and where we spent most of our time while at the house. The pool was beautiful, and the number of lounging areas outside were ideal for soaking up as much sun as possible. The pickle ball court was also utilized for a little tournament action from our competitive group. We had a blast a never felt like we needed to leave the house to be entertained. And the orange trees!!! All i can say is wow! We loved everything about this house.
The highlight of our trip was when Alexandros the greek chef came and cooked for us. The food itself was otherworldly and has left me craving his Spetsifie and bakalava since. I HIGHLY recommend adding this service to your trip every time. The food was better than any restaurant that we could have gone to, and to listen to Alex talk about how he cooks his dishes left us all craving more.
Communication with Arlene was a breeze. She was kind, accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had, or give suggestions. If/when we come back to Scottsdale, we will most definitely be reaching out to Arlene to stay at one of her properties, it was seriously one of the best experiences I've had at a VRBO property.

A home that is like a resort
This was a great property! It came fully stocked with any cookware you could possibly need (we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner for 11). The pool, hot tub and all the athletic equipment made for a complete experience. It was very close to Old Scottsdale and to mountain hiking!
We hired the chef for two nights and even our pickiest eater came back for seconds. He was great!!
The hosts were very quick to reply when we had questions or problems. We would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO was great! Booked it for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot. Great Spot
We brought a bachelor party group of 10 and we could not be more satisfied. Particularly during this pandemic. Perfect distance from golf courses, all the necessary amenities, and a few extra touches that make this a great renting experience. Particularly, the small disco room with a massive album selection and the option for the private chef. The food was amazing and a more than reasonable cost. We would do this over 100x. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

The property was exactly as we expected and the owners wonderful to deal with. Amazing Chef prepared meal for us was an added bonus we had not pre-planned but so glad we did arrange it with the owner.

Spacious and Comfortable for Families
The home provided lots of separate spaces for quiet times with children or conversation as well as several outdoor game options. By the use of ‘comfortable’ I mean the space and decor is welcoming and homey with lots of comfortable seating but not pristine. The pool area was the most popular with our family that included 2, 5, 6 and 8 year old children. There were lots of large, nice towels provided but a few more designated pool towels would have made me feel less guilty using the nice ones around the pool. The home was within easy walking distance of a playground and easy access to major roadways. Overall, very nice stay and responsive hosts.

Huge house, great location
This house is way bigger than the pictures show. Come with a family or a group of friends and you will have more room than you could hope for! The back yard is amazing... pool, hot tub, basketball, grill... anything you want, they have it. Our only downfall was the pool cleaner was not working so we didn’t spend as much time in it, but Arlene was fantastic about staying on top of it and communicating. We also got a visit from the home tortoise in the back yard which made my day! It is also in a great location.. right next to a ton of shops, bars, restaurants and main highways. It was super private and homey. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
