About this house rental
Situated in Cocoa Beach, this attractive house for $199 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels. The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use. Keywords:

This house is a lovely little beach house on the main drag in Cocoa Beach. Though right on the main road, it is in a quieter neighborhood so no worries about road noise. It is neat as a pin and has probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen in any place we have rented. It isn't just a hodge podge of stuff from the thrift store...it is as nice as my stuff at home.
Convenient to the beach (which our dog loves), and there is plenty beach gear included...lots of places charge extra.
The private pool is pristine (we got to see the pool guys work one day too, so it is well maintained) though it was a bit too cool for us to use it, even though it is heated. I really wish it had been a bit warmer as I would have gotten in in spite of our rainy weather. My only regret with this property was no hot tub (alas, you can't have everything...). The backyard is nice for al fresco dining, very nice furniture and grill, and is secure for the dog to run around while we were outside.
We visited a fave fine(r) dining place close by (The Fat Snook) and stumbled on Taco City which was new to us ($2 tacos on Tuesday...what's not to like?!).
Easy jaunt to the Space Center...we went two days. Regrettably winds were too high to catch a launch...which we had planned to watch from the beach. Maybe next time.
We would definitely stay here again, as it was comfortable and perfect for us. It would be great for a family with kids too.

Our stay was nice. The house overall is good but the beds need new matresses and the road noise is loud. The location is great and the pool is nice. Watch out fir the sand spurs in the yard though.

The property was clean - so many things available to use for cooking - beds were comfortable - pool was exceptional, not fancy but very good for swimming laps - this property includes MANY things for entertainment - rafts, corn hole etc - street was a bit noisy but neighborhood is quiet - close to many places to eat and get groceries - I would stay here again. ♥️

Loved everything about this. House and pool were perfect. So close to beach we could enjoy all of it. Samuel was perfect host. Very responsive to any questions. Absolutely no issues with the house at all. Would highly recommmend this to everyone !

HIGHLY recommend this property.
It was the perfect size for me, my 2 adult children and 2 weiner dogs. VERY convenient and short short walk to dog friendly beach entrance. Pool area was fantastic. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. will definitely return!!!

We can't say enough about all this home has to offer. Spacious enough for the family, decorated beautifully, all the amenities you could hope for and more, and palm tree heaven in the backyard by the pool. My mom, dogs and I had the best time relaxing by the pool daily, enjoying the gorgeous landscaping and being so close to the dog friendly beach was real plus. Sam was a gracious and very responsive host to any issues we were having, minor as they were.
We were so sad to leave but look forward to making this a yearly tradition. Truly a home away from home, grateful to have had this experience at such a beautiful property, we can't wait to come back.

The property was as advertised. The pool was awesome and we used it more than anticipated. Since the Cocoa beach has lots of waves, we appreciated being in the pool to relax. Kitchen gears were really nice to cook. Above any I've seen before. Location is really nice, just 3 blocks from beach entrance so walking is very easy.

House was a perfect for our family of 4, it had everything we needed, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (kettle for tea!), relaxing space inside and out, BBQ, and the pool was great after a day out (Disney and Kennedy Space Centre). Thank you!

Everything was perfect at the house - clean & comfortable. Pool was beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked as is the garage with chairs and umbrella for the beach. Neighbors were lovely & helpful with suggestions. Owner was prompt with responses. Couldn't ask for more - thank you!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it did not disappoint. The house was as described clean and had everything we needed. I did have a couple of questions for the owner and they were very responsive. We loved the proximity to the beach, the pool, private fenced yard and being able to take our dogs. Great experience!
