With brand new renovations, appliances and furniture, the unit is built to exceed expectations while providing an exceptional stay. Located immediately across the street from Orlando's closest beach and minutes south of Cape Canaveral and the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends or families who want to play in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach and professionally managed by Beachside Vacation Rentals, we are here to maximize your travel experience! The Space: Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit H includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a sofa bed, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like romantic decor, open concept design, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a wide couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. This unit is an ideal escape and landing pad to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Book today to secure your trip! Guest Access: We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. The Neighborhood: 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around! Getting Around: Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance. Other Things to Note: In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. We are taking even further precautions than usual in ensuring this home is thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized. We do not allow any mailbox access. Interaction with Guests: Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the app if you need anything during your stay. We were here for a couple days before heading back to IL. It was the perfect fit for all 5 of us! It was fully stocked with what we needed, clean, organized and the owner was quick to respond. We loved how close it was to the beach and downtown!

This is a very nice place to stay. It's quiet, a lot to do in the area within walking distance, the beach is a short walk and also not crowded. This location is a must. When in the area for recreation, or to see a rocket launch like its in your back yard.
