About this house rental
Extremely well maintained, waterfront home with excellent views of the Indian River Bridge. Skylights throughout the living room and kitchen, plus in the powder room. 3 bedrooms plus a sunroom that can be used as a bedroom. Newly furnished, with smart home technology and wi-fi added throughout. Enjoy great water views in the breeze on the deck overlooking the Indian River inlet. Relax with a calming ride in the provided kayak. This fantastic shore house is only 5 minutes from the beach in an area locals know to have the best traffic to the beach (you don't have to use route 26). 2 minutes to grocery store, 3 minutes to highway that goes to nearby towns of Rehoboth and Ocean City. What are you waiting for?

Nicely situated in welcoming neighborhood. Perfect location for quick access to beach. Well equipped for many activities. Beautiful bay view and kayak accessibility. Enough indoor space for people to enjoy individual time. Wonderful wrap around decks.

Such a beautiful home with lots of piece and quiet, yet only minutes to all the restaurants, beaches and boardwalks. Neal answered every question I had within minutes. This property will not disappoint.

This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Beautiful home with everything we needed. Awesome owner. Great communication. Bethany Beach boardwalk , shops and beach only minutes away. We will definitely be back!

Owner very receptive. House is lovely, as are the views. Very quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities. Would definitely rent again.
