Welcome to South Shore Marina, a hidden gem along Indian River Bay! This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome offers stunning bay and marina views from four private decks—including a large covered lounge deck and a third-floor sundeck. Just a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute bike ride) to Delaware Seashore State Park Beach with no highway crossing, it’s an ideal spot for beach days, jetty fishing, and enjoying the best of coastal Delaware.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):
– Bedroom 1: 2 Doubles
– Bedroom 2: King
– Bedroom 3: King
– Basement/Family Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa

Booking Details:
– Saturday-to-Saturday and flexible stays available
– Linens and towels available for $220
– No pets, no smoking
– Renters must be 25+ years old
– Additional taxes and fees may apply

– Scenic docks and walking trails

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.
