Located in North Topsail Beach, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy this top floor oceanfront condo where you see beautiful sunrises or sit and relax on the balcony or beach and watch the dolphins and shrimp boats. We offer a queen bed in the bedroom and plenty of cabinet space. A full sleep sofa and comfy chairs are in the living room with oceanfront view. Newly remodeled bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is easily accessible and close to the unit. Not only is the beach peaceful for wonderful walks, sunbathing and swimming, but also enjoyable for fishing in front of the condo, at the intracoastal waterway (up the beach) or at the fishing pier (a short distance down the beach). A large swimming pool is located in the complex. Pavilion with picnic tables, grills, basketball court and play area with pirate ship is available for your use. The excitement when the sea turtles hatch is very catching. In fact, the turtle hospital is just a short drive to Surf City and open for tours. You may be interested in kayaking, boating, surfing or other water sports in the ocean or in the intracoastal waterway. (Rental stores are located on and off the island). Family restaurants are located on the island or just across the bridge on the mainland. Shopping is available on the island or mainland, or you may wish to take a drive south to the historical town of Wilmington or north to the town of Jacksonville. Many churches are located on the island and mainland.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation: comfortable furnishings, well-stocked with cooking and eating gear, easy beach access, and a spectacular 4th floor view. North Topsail is completely residential — no restaurants, souvenir shops or tourist traps anywhere near it. It all made for a relaxed, unhurried weekat the beach.,

This beautifully decorated condo was perfect for our vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. It was very clean and tidy. Loved being that close to the ocean. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay again.

I was not able to enjoy thebeach because the ramp was out. It had been out over a month and before I made my last payment I should have been notified of this problem. I could not climb the stairs easily. However, lovely aprtment and view.

The condo was super clean. Great location beach wasn't crowded at all. If i had to complain about something when tide rolls in it takes up most of the beach. It's not something that would keep me from going back.

The condo is very clean and well decorated. Owner did everything she said she would. It was very quiet and comfortable. We would stay there again but maybe later in the summer.

This property was the cleanest and nicest condo I've vacationed in. The owners were very communicative and helpful and the property is so efficiently laid out and well stocked. The bedroom is smaller but its so well organized with plenty of storage so you dont notice it. The living area feels quite spacious and homey. Things were very well thought out when furnishing this unit. Often with rentals the furnishings and essentials feel like an afterthought, but this feels like a year round home, not a rental. I had a wonderful vacation and even with having to be inside a few days due to weather, I still enjoyed the beautiful view. I definitely will rent this unit again!

My wife and I have 5 children and have never been able to take a trip without them aside from our honeymoon as we alway had a nursing baby. Our last baby is now 2 and a half so we finally were able to on our 10 year anniversary. This place was perfect for us! Amazing view of the ocean and such a quiet, peaceful place. We had everything we could have ever needed and just had an amazing time! Thanks so much

We had a great week at the condo in Topsail. The unit was very clean, well stocked, and the view was amazing from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Only complaint is the elevator was out of service two different days, and with the condo being on the 4th floor, it was difficult carrying everything up and down the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was unbeatable! The condo was cozy and clean. The condo was close to the elevator, beach and pool access. The property had a great play area that included the pirate ship (pictured in owners description) as well as basket ball court, corn hole, small bowling area, and bocce. Everyone we encountered was friendly. We also really enjoyed that it’s not in such a commercial area.

The condo is conveniently located close to the stairs and elevator. It was the perfect size for my family of 3. The view is awesome with the balcony having plenty of seating, cute coastal decor throughout. The shelling was great and the owners were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions/concerns. Loved our stay! This condo was so clean and comfortable and the owners were great communicators if we had any questions. Being on the fourth floor offered a great view and privacy while we were just a short elevator ride to the ocean. Surf City is close enough for shopping and eating, but far away enough to feel relaxed and less crowded where we were. A perfect summer vacay!

the condo was almost perfect...only thing it lacked was being able to hear the waves in the bedroom! lol Obviously, we loved the ocean sounds, and setting on the balcony was wonderful.! A good place to relax and just enjoy no time schedules! God's creations are a sight to see and enjoy! FYI I am sure it was an oversight on my end. But was caught off guard when we arrived and there were no sheets or towels. Dollar general was an easy fix... Just wanted to make sure you read the fine print. It didn't ruin our vacation by a long shot!

After taking our five children on a very hectic and expensive trip to the beach last year, my husband and I decided that we would give ourselves the gift of a beach vacation alone this year. It was our first time to North Topsail, and we absolutely loved the low key and relaxed vibe. The condo was perfect for us! It was a great size, very clean, contained all the things we needed, had comfortable furniture, and an amazing view! We would definitely stay there again, if we were blessed with the opportunity!
