This property was excellent. Robyn is a great host and very attentive during your stay. Everything you need to start your stay is provided, very nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is extremely comfortable, the condo is beautifully decorated and bright. It was extremely clean upon arrival. The view of the ocean is excellent from the balcony and the sunrises were stunning. The sound views from the screened in porch were great as well with spectacular sunsets every evening. Thank you for a great place to spend our week relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Topsail Island.

Nicely decorated and perfectly stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The double porches were a treat - we watched the ocean during dinner then moved to the front porch to watch the sunset. Loved it!

We picked this condo based on location. It was on the beach, close enough to see/hear the waves from the balcony, it had a king size bed, and was a better option than a hotel room for us. Robyn communicated well, we had everything we needed, and had a good stay.
