About this house rental
Situated in Charleston, this attractive house for $295 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This new home away from home at 121 Hoxie Ave,Charlestown Rhode Island is located approximately 500 feet from Ninigret Pond and less than a mile to beautiful East Beach. With 1500 square feet, two full baths and 3 bedrooms, up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Additional amenities, such as the 1 car garage and warm outdoor shower to remove salt and sand from a fun day at the beach, make this house just the right size for your family to create a lasting memory. Enjoy grilling and lounging on our spacious 12' x 16' deck or relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch with a good book. For family outings and day trips there are many other things to do in the area. Visit Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, or take a cliff walk by the Newport Mansions. A short drive away, Watch Hill offers local shops, homemade ice cream and the Flying Horse Carousel. After a fun-filled day at the beach or visiting the many area attractions, come home and unwind in the cool central air by watching TV, a DVD, or playing a board game with the family. There is even the option of connecting to the world through WI-FI. This vacation home comes with private beach parking and beach pass, access to Ninigret Pond, Bicycles and kayaks. We needed a place close to family for the Thanksgiving holiday. We hit the jackpot Lovely neighborhood I watched the sunrise every morning ! The house is clean and comfortable great kitchen (which is always a plus) nice back yard hopefully it won’t be our last stay.

The house is a few minutes walk from the pond where we kayaked. A quick drive to a lovely private beach with a parking lot. The house is ideal for 4-6 people. The game closet has many many games for all ages. The owner responded quickly to our questions.

Our entire family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and well maintained. All the extras like bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, clamming rakes, and a well appointed kitchen made the stay extra special for everyone! We will definitely be back.

This is a happy home. Thoughtfully appointed and equipped. We came to town with our 28 year old daughter for a family wedding on Charlestown Beach. We rode the bikes (included) to Dave’s for coffee and to explore the back roads and the marshes. We played backyard corn hole (equipment in the garage) with Aunts and Uncles. We slept well and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Allen.

The house was nice, and the activities were fun. The bikes were great to ride around the neighborhood. The kayaks would have been great if it had been a little warmer. There were lots of games!

My sister-in-law and my niece and her family loved the house. It had all the amenities that made for a great weekend get-away. Great views of Ninigret Pond and very close to Blue Shutters and East Beach. The only downside was having to provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels which is something we were not use to, especially just for a two-night stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The hosts were extremely responsive from initial inquiry to check out. The availability of bikes, kayaks and parking pass for beach are great extras. Terrific location for touring the area and s very comfortable home for relaxing at day’s end. Highly recommend.

Access to and ease of private beach parking was key with a couple little ones. Short bike ride to the beach, easy access to Rte. Quiet neighborhood. Mattress upgrade in one of the rooms would be desired. Overall we'd stay again. Lived up to expectations.

Beautiful and spacious
Enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful home. This was our 2nd year in a row renting the same house. The private BS bch pass is key, as the lot fills up quickly. The home was clean and well kept. Although we didn’t use the kayaks they are a plus as well. We used the beach chairs which made it nice not having to bring your own. The location is everything.
