About this house rental
Located in Charleston, this attractive house for $290 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Perfect home for vacation getaway in great neighborhood just minutes to area beaches. We are very close to Charlestown town beach (8-minute easy drive) and very close to 5 State popular beach parks in the area. 4 freshly painted bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there is room for the large family or 2 small families, 8-10 guests can sleep comfortably! All brand-new beds, including brand new cooling memory foam mattresses in all beds. 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa are available. Full large eat in kitchen with washer and dryer opens to a cozy family room. Large freshly painted living room and separate dining room with seating for 6 to 8. Enjoy central air, two decks, brick patio and an outdoor shower. This property offers a tranquil residential vibe and a lovely space to unwind after a long day in the sun. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor and take in the peaceful surroundings, large yard to prowl around and look at nature making it all weather for you to enjoy, read a book, or just relax away from the house if needed. We are a little off the beaten path so it's quiet, but so close to everything you would want to do or see! We are only a 20-minute drive to Watch Hill, Misquamicut, Westerly, and a Point Judith Ferry to Block Island. Newport is only 30 minutes away and local hot spots like Dave’s Coffee or The Umbrella Factory are around the corner. We hope to host you and your family!!

We came to Rhode Island for URI graduation. Charlestown was the perfect location to get to URI as well as lots of the attractions Rhode Island has to offer. We loved the spacious home for our group of 6 adults. Comfy couches and beds, a well stocked kitchen, and two dining areas that allowed all 6 of us to sit. We did a puzzle and played games on the rainy day. We enjoyed the yard and patios on the sunny days. The location was a quick drive to Newport, Jamestown, and Narragansett.Our host was very responsive to any questions or concerns.
We would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect except the water heater wasn’t working properly I took a cold bath and others took lukewarm showers I would appreciate it if she had told us this ahead of time

This place was great. The house has everything you need and is immaculately furnished and decorated. The owner was wonderful. Charlestown is a great spot and the people are some of the friendliest people we have ever met. We just checked out and we want to go back already!

We have rented in Charlestown for well over 20 years, first time at this property. I have to say its the best.. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of outdoor and indoor space, tastefully decorated. The Host is very accommodating and we didn’t want for a thing. We stayed for 2 weeks and are already talking about coming back.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and had ample space for the whole family to gather and visit which meant the world because we were gathering for a memorial service. Ladies Birthday Weekend!
This property looks nice online but when you are there in person it’s absolutely gorgeous! The home has a warm feeling as soon as you enter. Joseph greeted us when we arrived and gave us the tour of the home. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of suggestions where to eat and the attractions in the area. The home is decorated very nicely and the theme goes throughout the house. Very spacious & clean. The yard has beautiful plants and there is plenty of seating outside on the three decks. The central air worked very well since we were there on a hot weekend. Very close to Charlestown beach which was nice. Less than 10 min away! There was four of us for our stay but the house could accommodate eight with ease. Also, Thirty minutes from Newport. Anna the homeowner was readily available for any questions we had during our visit. We are so happy we chose this house!

We enjoyed our annual week in Rhode Island. The house was great, plenty of space, well equipped with kitchen supplies and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to nearest beach. The host was lovely and helpful, great communication.

This is a great property with lots of room. The house was amazing and so was the owner. Anna made sure our stay was great. I would recommend anyone looking to come here. Super close to the beach but far enough there wasn't a lot of traffic.

Weekend Getaway with our Pod
We decided to try VRBO for our weekend getaway; figured this would be a fun way to hang with family. The description of the property drew us in to make this trip happen. Beautiful house inside and out. Anna, the hostess was most responsive throughout our stay. Since this was our first VRBO stay, all four of us decided that this is the best way to gather with family. Can’t wait to try our next house getaway! The only thing I’d change would be to get rid of the carpet, this would make the property a “5” star house!

We absolutely loves this property. The home, the decor, the layout, the outdoor space was fantastic. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our daughter attends URI and it was a great property for the family to come visit safely. We were close to Charlestown beach and Narragansett. Highly recommend
