Nestled in Long Beach, this attractive condo for $475 per night is a great choice for your next break. The price is right for you to rent this beautiful 5 STAR condo directly on the beach. It is a recently updated, large corner unit condo with seaside inspired decor on the 18th floor of the beautiful Majestic Beach Resort Tower II. The view is spectacular! It's perfect for sharing with friends or family with its 1,688 sq. ft. that easily sleeps 8 (in beds). WIFI is available. It offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large living/dining room combination with a table for 6, counter seating for 6 and a cafe table for 2 as well as outdoor seating for 6. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, television and there is a large shared TV in the living room. Just think, no fighting over what to watch on TV or waiting for a bathroom. The master bedroom suite features a king bed and balcony access overlooking the Emerald Coast so you may take in both the beautiful sunrise and breathtaking sunset. The master bath offers a jetted garden tub, large walk-in shower, double sink vanity and a make-up vanity outside the bath area. The second bedroom has two single/twin beds (they can be pushed together to make a king bed) and a bathroom and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom and views from a front balcony. The unit features raised ceilings, tiled floors in all the rooms, a separate wet bar area with mini fridge, and full size washer/dryer. The spacious kitchen has a separate island, side by side refrigerator, appliances and all the pots/pans, dishes, utensils needed for you to enjoy the conveniences of home. There are 2 balconies: one is facing the ocean off the living room and master bedroom with a large table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining and 2 chaise lounges to relax and enjoy the sun and the other balcony is off the 3rd bedroom facing Front Beach Road with 2 chairs overlooking the tennis courts and the activities on Front Beach Rd. The popular Majestic Beach Towers resort-style amenities are second-to-none. It features a health/ gym/workout center and movie theater. The Majestic Market with Starbucks coffee, gourmet sandwiches, etc., and WIFI are very handy amenities. There's a game room, 3 outdoor pools, 2 heated indoor pools, kiddy pool area, 3 hot tubs, tennis court, large outdoor dining area where the H2O Bar and Grill serves gulfside lunch and dinner. There is covered garage parking and a covered walkover bridge so as not to have to cross the busy street. The beach boasts of beautiful, clean white sand and aqua blue water. You can walk out on the sand shelf right behind the building. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent if you wish and outdoor showers to rinse off everyone and everything. This is the ultimate vacation destination. It's just a hop, skip and a jump to the wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park, zoo/wildlife park, water park, St. Andrews Park, horseback riding, surfing, kayaking, fishing, biking, windsurfing, para sailing, marvelous restaurants, miniature golf, bowling and much, much more. Come, relax and experience how a vacation is suppose to feel!!! Age 25 and over and NO Pets allowed. Rented by the week (Sat to Sat preferred) between June and mid-August and minimum 3 day rentals outside of this period. Snowbirds welcome with availability from November to March. Overall very impressed with the property. We did find that the fold-out couch bed was broken by another tenant and the owners we're quick to respond.

The condo was as listed. 18th floor, corner unit, very clean, wonderful views. We had no issues with the unit or the owners. Check-in/check-out instructions were simple. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from the owners in the future if at all possibly.

We had the best time! The room was absolutely beautiful with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Gil was always on top of everything. Anytime we texted him he was quick to get back to us! All in all an amazing stay! Will be coming back!

It was amazing! Exactly what they told us and kept us informed through the whole process. Checkin was at 4pm, however as soon as it was ready we were notified so we could check in early.

Wonderful unit for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of room through the unit. Balcony was huge with large table and plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Only negatives we could find were; master and middle bedroom mattress are only enough that they are uncomfortable and street side bedroom with balcony never got cool. One of double sinks in master bath was unusable the entire stay. Living room sofas were sinking in the middle. We very much enjoyed our stay, but don’t know if we’d book this unit again.

First off, I will start by saying what a wonderful experience we had with the property owner Gill in terms of communications. We planned for a much needed weekend get away in the last minute. When we arrived at the location there were few things we thought of bringing to the property owner's attention. EVERYTYHING WAS TAKEN CARE OFF PROMPTLY.. This helped us get on with our vacation. Great location, Great views, Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Panaromic view of the gulph. Walk in distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Do check out the American Diner less than half a mile away, they offer a full hot breakfast for 9 bucks. The Majestic tower2 we stayed has a pool in the ground floor and a huge hot tub. Beach is few steps away from ground floor. Overall it was a pleasure to stay in a place that was well taken care off and most importantly it was a pleasure dealing with the property owner himself. A man of integrity. He keeps his words and goes out of his way to make sure the guests are provided with the best service possible. Note to future guests. Please treat this place as your own and respect the rules and follow the instructions provided in the welcome package. That will save the property owner Gill some heart ache. That is the least we all can do as guests to support property owners like Gill. Will stay again.

Very clean and nice condo. Located close to all the attractions. Really enjoyed that it was so easy to access the beach. The younger kids really enjoyed the outdoor pools and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back soon.

We had such a great time during our stay! It was a great location to enjoy the beach right in front of the condo or take a short trip to St. Andrews. Gil was extremely helpful when we asked to get a gym pass and contacted the HOA office to get everything set up. Everything was clean and the condo was so spacious - it was perfect for a stay with a large family. We weren’t used to staying on a higher floor, but it was actually much better for seeing all of the marine life in the mornings (including a shark and a manatee). Would definitely book here again!

This was an extremely spacious unit. There was no crowding and was very convenient to shopping and entertainment. Our grandchildren had a blast. Since they live 200 miles apart , it’s rare that they get to spend this much time together. Wonderful memories were made. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome: This is a great corner unit with great views of both the Gulf side and the Panama City Beach side from balconies on each end of the unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed! When you walk out the Resort's beach-level, front doors you immediately have fantastic Gulf-side patios with multiple swimming pools on either side and after a few more steps your feet are on and in the most beautiful white sand that you could ever imagine overlooking the gorgeous emerald coastline! Everything you could possibly want to do on the beach is right there from jet skis and banana boat rides to parasailing! Great shopping and dining options are within walking distance or a short car ride away! We had great seafood meals at Sharky's and Harpoon Harry's outside and right on the beach, fantastic barbecue at Back Beach Barbecue, 18 holes of miniature gulf with the 6 and 3 yr. old grand kids, several hrs. of play time at the terrific Panama City Beach playground/park and miles of tropical hiking at Conservation Park; but, the highlight of our family Spring-break Vacation was renting a pontoon boat on St. Andrews Gulf Bay where we were privately entertained for over 20 minutes by a pod of four dolphins swimming all around the pontoon followed by two anchored stops at Shell Island where we waded ashore to the conservation island for beach hiking, playing and shelling on both the Gulf and Bay sides! We will definitely return and highly recommend this great panhandle city, great resort and great unit to any family that is looking for one of the most enjoyable and memorable vacations of a lifetime! My family had a great time in Panama City. The only thing we didn't like was the "June grass" that keep washing ashore. The beautiful emerald waters were murky green when we left. The condo was exactly as stated and the owner was great to communicate with us!

Even though condo was on 18th floor super easy and fast to get to. Condo worked great for 2 families with total of 5 kids. Property managers were helpful, kind, and responded quickly. Easiest booking I've had at this location in 7 yrs. Highly recommend.
