Nestled in Long Beach, this attractive condo for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the reservation. There are 10 pool bands in the condo. Instructions on how to access beach chairs, beach gate access code, internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo. This amazing Long Beach condo is now available to you. Long Beach Tower 4 penthouse will exceed all your expectations. Get the luxury of the newer resorts with the great floor plans, convenient parking, and uncrowded beach that Long Beach Resort is best known for. The living/dining area is a great place for the family to gather and create vacation memories. Wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing gulf views. All new flooring. Dine in or out. The beautifully renovated kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. The condo has all new flooring throughout. The owner has recently added all new stainless appliances, new countertops, sinks, backsplash new lighting. The large new dining table seats 8 and there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The balcony has loveseat sofa , outdoor coffee table and two accent chairs. After dinner gather the family around to watch tv or a movie on the 42 inch, wall mounted, flat screen. For your convenience this condo is equipped with WIFI and local and domestic long distance calls are free. When it is time to turn in for the night this condo provides all the best in sleeping accommodations. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom is extremely spacious and has a tiled walk in shower and spa bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. The bathroom is renovated with modern sinks and a walk in shower. Both bedrooms, and the living area, have access to the over-sized balcony with outdoor living furniture to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The third bedroom is an apartment on its own. With a brand new king bed, extra large living area and a private balcony you have a great place to get away when it's time for private down time. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedding for the sleeper sofa is located in the primary bedroom closet. Lets not forget about the real reason you come to Long Beach. Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach. With this much space the beach never feels crowded. If a pool is more to your liking, the 6800-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and a palm tree islands will be just what you are looking for. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool providing tropical drinks and delicious meal options to make your vacation easy and convenient. The Lagoon Pool is located between Tower 2 and 3. There are two heated Polynesian Pools on the property with hot tubs. They are located between towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Charcoal grills on the property are located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4. Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts. Barefoot Beach Rentals partners with owners that take great pride in their condos and are willing to take extra efforts to provide quality to their guests. We are here at Long Beach Resort to ensure the quality of our condos and to handle your last minute booking. All you have to do is Relax, Enjoy, and 'Go Barefoot' on the beach. What a beautiful property in a great location. The property was as described. The condo was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, the kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony is outstanding. Check in was simple and communication with the owners was just as easy and they responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This unit is very spacious and has great views from each room, bonus feature the 2nd master has its own private balcony. The only negative thing I would say is the main slider door is super heavy and doesn’t slide open the greatest. It could have been from the humidity or being hot the times we were there. We just used the doors off the 2 bedrooms to access the balcony..we would definitely book this unit again..

Photos are very accurate. It had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation hassle free. The only thing we would have really enjoyed was a dinning table on the balcony. IT would have been nice for breakfast and dinner.

We have stayed at Long Beach Resorts several times. Location, beach and amenities exceptional. Condo was not very well cleaned prior to our arrival. Floors dirty, bathroom vents were discusting and no dusting. I had to contact prperty manager because one bathroom had a constant hot water leak from shower head. So when the plumber come in I had the property maintenance clean the bathroom vent. I mentioned the floors but did not offer to send a cleaner in. Why do we pay for cleaning if it isn't going to be clean upon arrival?

We had a fanstastic time for our PCB stay. The unit was amazing! It was clean, well stocked with everything to get us started for the week, and the views were phenomenal! It was everything described and more! Thank you so very much! We would definatley stay here again and recomend to anyone else.

We had a great time! Our only issue was the mattresses in all the bedrooms need to be replaced. They are a bit to soft and broken in. But overall a great place to stay!

Family vacation
Overall, the property was great. Great beach access, pools were not crowded, beach not crowded in front of the condos but definitely crowded on both sides of the property. Elevators were super fast. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with every we needed. Floors seemed dirty though. Had to always wear shoes while inside. I would definitely return.

After numerous attempts with no luck I notified VRBO and they attempted to reach the property manager. After being unsuccessful several times VRBO stated that they were going to find us another place to stay. We were unhappy about that as this condo was beautiful and we were ready to have some fun. FINALLY a gentleman with VRBO in another department was successful in reaching Maureen (the property manager) and he obtained the code for entry. After 3 hours we were finally in and ready to relax and have fun. YEA! During our stay the property manager never reach out with an apology for the mishap.
We had a couple issues that needed the attention of the maintenance department The gentleman responded in a very timely manner and was very pleasant. Issues resolved.
We enjoyed our stay very much just disappointed in the check in process.

The property was stunning it was so beautiful the view was amazing Vrbo was ver helpful reached my destination about 5:30 I never received my key code but the Vrbo line put me in a room and contacted the person in charge of the property and received my code key the next day but over all it was fun beautiful and I will definitely be coming back

If I could make some minor changes to the unit/posting, they'd be: an interior lock on the front door. My 2 year old was able to open the door without any trouble .. door locked from the outside in, but a dead bolt or security chain would be a nice peace of mind for parents travelling with little kids. I also noticed that each bathroom had minimal hooks to hang towels. I believe I counted one hook per bathroom -- had towels all over the place for 9 people with shower & beach towels. Last change I'd make is that the unit information posted saying 4 pm check in/10 am check out. We were notified the day before our arrival that it was a 5 pm check in/ 9 am check out. Again - nothing major, but consistency on times would be less confusing. Glad I saw the emails the day before or we might have shown up early on accident.
Again - we really enjoyed this condo and hope to book it again for future family trips!
