Gorgeous granite counter tops, Wood floors in the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The unit is beautifully appointed. It resides is in a lovely area with an on-site pool, gas grill and a stone's throw to the beach. Your balcony is equipped with wicker furniture and offers [artial ocean views. The kitchen has every modern convenience, a granite counter bar eating area, and a dining table eating area which is all open to the family room. The balcony offers beautiful relaxing breezes and is the perfect place for people watching while you sip your coffee. You and your family will also enjoy the on-site pool. Although you are within walking distance of the Wildwood Boardwalk, you are also far enough away as not to be disturbed by its hustle and bustle. You are only a 20 minute drive away from Cape May with it's world renowned restaurants, it's beautiful Victorian homes and it's quaint shopping experience. This is a family oriented complex and we do not under any circumstances rent to non-family units under the age of 25.

This was our annual three generation adult family vacation. This condo did not disappoint! It was spacious, clean and so close to the beach! The elevator was great for my dad who has trouble walking. We look forward to staying there again!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Wildwood Crest! The condo was in a great location because it wasn't to far from the beach but still close enough to the start of the boardwalk (where you can find Tram Car services and rides), the condo had the perfect amount of space for my family of 7, and it was all up to date and filled with ample kitchen supplies. A plus is it comes with 2 parking spots. We look forward going back!

The family enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely updated. The living room was on the small side but was adequate for our needs (5 adults and 2 small children). The remainder of the unit is in need of an upgrade. Both bathrooms are outdated but the master bedroom bathroom was in terrible condition. Paint peeling from the walls in the shower, stained shower stall, extremely old sink, lighting, and vanity. But it was clean which was a plus. The location of the condo was very convenient to the boardwalk and other stores. The pool was clean but is on the small side. Luckily for us, we were the only family using the pool the week we stayed. It would have been a tight squeeze if other people used the pool the same time we were. Parking was conveniently located in front of the the unit . We also had access of the outdoor closet to store beach equipment. Overall it was a great experience, the condo met our needs and we would consider staying here again.

We stayed on the first floor. The building has very thin walls and ceilings, so things like crying toddlers and footsteps, in addition to flushing toilets, could be heard from parts of the property. Secondly, while Karen was responsive and willing to help, we have never encountered so many issues with a VRBO. it didn’t seem like there were any thorough property checks done recently: - both the main door and storage room locks were malfunctioning. She sent a neighbor to fix both. At the time of our checkout, the front door lock still didn’t lock properly. - the boxspring in one of the bedrooms was completely broken. - the refrigerator was broken. She sent someone to fix it, but the guy had a “just unplug it and plug it back in” solution. All of our food was spoiled before the last night. Parts of the apartment are aged in general, included an outdated washer and dryer. Washer couldn’t wash more than a small load and dryer was peeling inside and took a long time to dry said load. Pool was small, but usable. Despite the heater being broken, it was fixed the second day. We like staying in Wildwood Crest, and location is great, this place needs more than just a new fridge and new boxsprings. Sadly, we will not be staying on this property again.

We enjoyed our time at this condo, it was comfortable and convenient. the only negative is the size of the deck. We are 6 adults and it was tight for all of us to be out there at one time.

This unit was very spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. It is so close to the beach and boardwalk is a nice walk away! Karen was very responsive and helpful! We had such a great week there!

This condo is perfect for a week at the shore. It was super clean, had every single thing you could ever need in the unit and Karen was an excellent host. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is gorgeous, the living room is spacious and lounge worthy and it’s decorated beautifully. I drank coffee every day on the balcony and we enjoyed the pool. We couldn’t ask for more!

This was out first time renting a Vrbo. It was everything we saw and read online and more. Everything about it is perfect. The view of the beach from the balcony deck is great for people watching and the beach is close. There is bike rentals and ice cream and a bakery very close. The boardwalk is close and it worked out well for our teens. So much in walking distance that we barely drive anywhere and on Friday nights you can see the boardwalk fireworks from the balcony. The pool was also great for a quick dip after the beach and the storage unit is roomy and the grill is an added bonus. I can’t say enough good things. The property manager is wonderful and easy to reach. We can’t wait to go back again.

Great location - my family loved the pool. Liked that we parked in a covered area. We were able to take a short walk to the beach area to see the 4th of July fireworks from the Boardwalk. Easy access to everything.

As this is our first time renting a condo at any beach, I don’t have much to compare it to. However, with that being said, this property set the bar very very high for any future condo we would happen to rent. Great space for our mixed family of 10 from our 90 year old grandmother to the youngest great grandchild at just under 2. Everyone enjoyed themselves, it was close to the beach and easily accessed by all. My grandmother loved being able to sit on the balcony and view the beach and surrounding streets. The property manager Karen communicated great on check in day and the instructions for cleaning up/checking out were very clear. We will definitely be looking at this property the next time we look to plan a family beach vacation in Wildwood Crest!
