The Pink House It's a romantic beach cottage that is filled with beautiful light and views of the Pacific Ocean and Dillon Beach. The living room could be prescribed as an anti-depressant. Sit in the living room for a few mins and you'll understand what we mean. Sitting up on a hill in the charming village, the pink house is built like a ship's cabin with all wood white interior that sounds and looks like a beach cottage should. Skylights, big views and stain glass windows built into the walls remind us all that beauty and serenity are close at hand. This cottage feels a hundred years old and will make you feel 10 years younger. You could get your daily exercise in the swim spa, have Tomales Bay oysters at the local cafe and finish with a hot tub as the moon rises over the glistening sea. It's like a water park in the back where it's private and secluded for your own brand of leisure. It's an intimate setting for memorable times. It's a surf shack really. Go for a dip in the ocean, it's a two-minute walk. The surfboard hung from the ceiling is the real thing and so is this cottage. There are many beautiful homes in Dillon Beach. This not just one of them, it is a jewel, a small but mighty house. Promise yourself to get away to a cottage that defines what it means to be at the beach. This was one of the very first houses in this unique village. And that's important because the "old-timers" knew how to pick a spot. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter this little beach cottage is noble and humble. The property was very clean and spacious. We loved having the patio in front and in back. We have rented in Dillon Beach for 30 years and this home had the nicest amenities. The property manager, Linda, was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely rent again!

This light-filled gem is gorgeous. A pink beach-themed cottage with just the right touches to enhance the gorgeous view. Yes, this cottage is in the village, but the view is spectacular. Would 100% recommend!

We loved our three night stay at Jim’s beautiful pink house! The location was great, quick walk to the store and the beach. The bed was so comfortable! The hot tub was amazing and the outside shower has warm water! We made breakfast and dinner at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The lap pool wasn’t available the first day but the owner was amazing and offered us an extra night. Sadly, we had already made dinner plans but he let us have a late check out so we weren’t rushed packing and getting ready to head out. We would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the location and the views.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in this rental- everything was clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the hot tub was a dream during the cold windy weather we had. Can’t recommend enough- the property manager was also so responsive and kind!

My family and I loved our early mornings in the hot tub with coffee. Short walk to the beach with our dogs. We had great weather for hiking, flying kites, volleyball and bonfire on the beach! We will be back. We fell on love with Dillon Beach!

The pink house was our home over a holiday weekend. It's a short walk from Dillon Beach. and from the local store that had everything you might need including espresso and frozen yogurt.
The house had everything we need. The living room was sparse with no TV. There is a bunk bed in the common area next to the oddly laid out kitchen. The lap pool in the back was not functional, maybe due to season. Despite these downs, the quirky kitchen had what we needed including an awesome stove, the bedroom was beyond comfortable with a TV, the hot tub fabulous especially on a cold winter night.
We definitely had an unforgettable, magical stay in the pink house.

We love this property, even more so after this week’s stay. A bomb cyclone storm was due but we went anyway. Linda, the property manager, warned us of possible power outages. When we did lose power Linda came out in the storm to bring us a lantern and candles. She then checked in to make sure we had enough wood for the amazing wood burning stove. All this made our for a serene, relaxing and cozy stay. Thank you Linda!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property at Dillon Beach. We were there to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves and we did just that. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, we enjoyed the hot tub every morning in the crisp air and enjoyed the pool in the mid afternoon heat after walking up and down the beach with our dog. Thanks for allowing us to make memories at this beautiful home.

Quaint but not real cozy
It’s a cute little house but not real comfortable in the family room area . A coffee table would be nice or outtomans to put your feet on would be nice & some area rugs . It’s kindif a cold feeling in there . For the price of this place the lap pool should be fixed & the faucet & sink in the kitchen area need work . The bedroom was nice & comfy ! .
