Cozy beach property with an amazing view. Felt like home from the second we arrived. A short drive to beach access and centrally located between tomales and bodega bays. The property manager was communicative and accommodating. The perfect spot for our annual New Years getaway. We will definitely be booking this spot in the future!

This was a great place for our 5-person family (all adults) on a very rainy week between Christmas and New Year's. There is ample shared space, with cozy carpeting and lots of places to sit, which was great for hanging out while rain pelted the windows. And having two tables allowed us to have a jigsaw puzzle set up the whole time. Another big plus is the ping pong table in the garage. That got a lot of use. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen works well. And the view absolutely can not be beat. So many windows facing out onto the Pacific Ocean. Gorgeous.

It was a girls trip and the view is what this house is all about. We had good communication with the house managers and everyone was very helpful. Sadly, we were not able to use the main shower.

The property does have beautiful views, however, the cleanliness of the sheets in the bedrooms was questionable. Miscommunication with the property manager giving us wrong information. There were spiderwebs in the kitchen. The internet did not work for the majority of our stay. I was accused of resetting the WiFi and it then turned out that a technician was working a couple houses down the street and had disconnected the Wi-Fi overall what was supposed to have been a relaxing getaway was stressful.

House is spacious and clean. It is designed to maximize ocean views and you won't be disappointed. House is in good repair and well supplied. Bring bottled water as the local water has a musty taste. Check the VRBO app and email frequently. We missed notification of a planned power outage and some communications from the property manager. Everyone in our group loved the house and plan on returning.

The photos and description of this home are accurate. The kitchen was easy to work in and appliances are in good condition. The beds were firm but comfortable. A very nice house to enjoy! The property management team are exemplary as always!

Can’t control weather but a sunny day Would have been nice. Well equipped kitchen….but no coffee filters. Great view from comfortable smaller living area.large main living area does not have a good view of ocean, In fact it serves no purpose except tv wartching. We never used the tv. Over all it was too far from the beach, but had a lovely view of the sea

We just spent a wonderful long weekend at this property. The views are amazing and Dillon Beach is a lovely getaway location. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Seeing the neighboring critter inhabitants on the hill is such an added bonus, we saw many deer, rabbits, hares and quail. Thank you, we look forward to a return visit.

Of course the first thing we see when we walked through the door was the incredible views. We couldn’t get enough. The house was clean, neat and orderly. It has enough to keep us comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Property is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The views & lighting from the living room are great! The décor is dated but in pristine condition, almost like a time capsule, great place to stay. Only improvements are updating cooking utensils/implements; there's limited items available and not a sharp knife in the house. The tiny fridge in the kitchen and large fridge in the garage are a weird setup. If staying for more than a few days you'll be stocking up in both locations.

Our group of four friends had a terrific weekend stay at "Bay Watch." The host was very communicative, the house was clean and well stocked, and the location cannot be best if you are looking for lots of space to relax and enjoy ocean views. Looking forward to returning!

The house was very large with lots of comfy sitting areas. Kitchen was well stocked with good cookware. Beds were comfy. The views from this house were amazing from the giant picture windows. Everywhere I looked was gorgeous! We saw deer, quail, and bunnies on the property. Very private. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The location is up the hill overlooking town and beach. Beautiful view. Firm but comfortable beds, clean place. For us TV being only for streaming services was an issue for us. Property manager was helpful but would be better to have instructions in the welcome binder. We watched Netflix but must have been someone else’s service since we could not find a way to sign in with our account. Our power went out from a storm. Glad we brought wood for stove! There were quite a few battery lanterns that were quite nice so we played cards. The BBQ needs attention. Bring your own spices and all fry pans were small. Only large one needs replacing. Home itself was very comfortable. Wouldn’t think twice about coming back.

One of the most clean, well maintained, beautiful homes on VRBO/Dillon Beach.....Magnificent views, can see both Points and the beach. A perfect spot to watch the storms!!! Recommended for everyone!

We stayed in this home a year ago. It is a very comfortable home with a fabulous view. We love the fact that it is a single level home and spacious. The 6 of us (4 adults and 2 17-year-old boys) could spread out and do our own thing. We will go again.

This vacation home has a wonderful, the views were beautiful. It was very cozy and very quiet! We really had a good time. It was easy for my 98 year old mother to get around the house and to the outside deck. .The only negative issue was the toilets was very short and was a little difficult for me mom to get up and down. Other than that, it was very enjoyable. We would like to rent this home again in the future. P.S. Thank you John for everything.

Lots of animals in yard. Nice view of ocean. Need to provide written directions to work tv, lock on front door, etc. House is all one level after you negotiate monster steps at front door.

Views for days, firm beds, kitchen is stocked with the basics. Bring any spices you need for cooking with you. We didn’t use the tv, but if you want to you have to device share or log into your streaming service. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and play games. Perfect spot for a family getaway. We really enjoyed our time at Bay Watch.

We loved our stay here. It accommodated our group of 5 perfectly. The views were spectacular. Single level was perfect for an 89 year old. Very comfortable. The only negative issue we faced was the very limited cookware and complete lack of serve-ware for meals. After 30 years of renting numerous homes at Dillon Beach yearly we found mealtime very difficult. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable week in a beautiful home.

This house was great. It provided a large open floor plan so that everyone can be separate - yet connected. My elderly father hung out on the sofa reading and admiring the view, we had a puzzle going on one table and card games at the other. And epic ping pong matches!! Lots of linens and very accessable property manager. Highly recommend.

Family time at the coast! My husband and me, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and her mother! House was a perfect fit for all. The sunroom was ideal for us to put together a jigsaw puzzle. Typical July weathet at the coast, fog rolls in about 4 pm, stays through the night and rolls out about 11am. Kitchen was ample size with adequate cooking equipment...bring your own spices, etc. Most likely we'll be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at house! It was a great week to unplug and spend with family. The view is one of a kind, the house was perfect - very clean and well tended to. Easy check in and check out process . Had some minor questions during our stay and the communication between the property manager was fast and great. This house is highly recommended! Thinking of our next trip to book this house!
