We have stayed in this adorable home for the last 3 years and have had the same amazing experience each time. It is the perfect cottage on the beach for a relaxing week (or more) and we feel lucky to have found a home away from home!

This was our third time renting this adorable cottage. We love being right on the beach and short walking distance to so many of the best restaurants. The landscaping and outdoor areas are beautiful and so well taken care of. The inside is charming and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Chicasi is a beautiful property. The outdoor space was to die for and the cottage itself was a a great blend of modern conveniences and beach living. We also loved the outdoor shower. I would definitely stay there again!

Just as described, this was a great house for 3 of us who stayed for a week. Beachfront location is spectacular with lots of outdoor seating. House is well equipped. Bedrooms are small but comfy. Across the street is cvs and restaurants. Host is welcoming and available.

This was my family's second time staying at Chicasi and it was everything we expected and more. Cannot say enough good things about the charming cottage, the amazing location, and the awesome host of the property. The place was clean, had all the cookware, linens and towels you need. Right on the beach! Such a lovely place!!!

This charming cottage just steps to the beach is a gulf shore vacation spot perfected! Enter the lovely white cottage gate to an inviting entrance lined with palms and potted orchids hanging from the trees. My breath was just taken away stepping through the bright teal front door and taking in the old Florida vibe of this beautifully restored and appointed cottage, tastefully decorated with nautical decor and family treasures. The owner’s attention to detail truly make this coastal cottage a “home away from home” with cozy bedding, top quality (and plentiful) linens and towels, and a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen. Take the red solo cups off your shopping list — you won’t need them! Step out back to another whole level of FABULOUS onto a sitting deck with rocking chairs and comfy cushions for morning coffee, a view of the gulf and the owner’s custom yardarm flying Old Glory on top, along with a personal welcome of our state and military flags below. Wow! But that’s not all! Just steps out to the expansive sun deck, we loved relaxing and enjoying meals under a gorgeous fanned gazebo with seating for 8 and a spotless Weber propane gas grill (with spare tank) — the perfect setup for cooking and gathering with family. Pick your favorite color from a bright row of Adirondack chairs at the edge of the deck and catch the sunset with cocktails to end each perfect day. Chicasi cottage has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you’ll need for an amazing stay. Hal was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with, and his responsiveness is top-notch! If you are hesitating at all about reserving this property — don’t! Book it now!!

We had a lovely 8 day stay at Chic A Si cottage. We ran into a snag upon our arrival (hence the 3 stars in one category) but the owners were quick to rectify the issue which was out of their control.
The cottage has everything you could possibly want or need for cooking and is a great location. There are an abundance of towels and linens and they are organized perfectly. The location couldn’t be better. I think the favorite part of the entire house for our family was the outside shower. I don’t think we used the indoor shower a single time. That shower is heavenly after a day at the beach. Overall it was a lovely stay and we looking forward to another stay next year.

My family and I recently stayed at the cottage, it was a delightful experience. Chic a si cottage is so charming and cozy, you really feel like can just relax and disconnect. From the adorable bedrooms to the fully equiped modern kitchen we had every thing we could wish for. I will never forget the memories of my family watching the incredible sunsets. Absolutely perfect!

Great location!
We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is at the top of the list for the home having EVERYTHING you would need. The house was VERY clean - inside and out! The location was amazing - if you forgot something once you were on the beach, you could be back at the house within a minute to retrieve what you forgot. We traveled from Colorado and Hal, the owner, had the Colorado flag up to welcome us - it was such a nice touch. We loved the outdoor space - ate all of our meals outside in the big gazebo and we loved relaxing in the hammock. We hope to make it back!!!

Wonderful Cottage!
My husband, 16 year old daughter, and I stayed here for fall break and had a great time! This cottage is so charming with all of its decor, history books and wall pictures. It has all the upgrades you could want and the property is very well maintained. The backyard is a dream with a wonderful gazebo where we ate our lunch everyday. Nightly sunsets are to die for!!! We will definitely come back!
