Nestled in Oceanside, this charming house for $835 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. MAY SALE - All remaining open nights in May 2024 have been reduced. This luxury beachfront villa boasts 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and over 2,500 square feet of living space. Enjoy watching the waves from your own private front patio, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Warm up next to our gorgeous gas fire pit and watch the sun go down over the waves. Everything about our villa is designed to make your time at the beach a wonderful memory. To make your meals at the Seahorse amazing we have a natural gas grill on our back patio, a spacious chef's kitchen with white quartz countertops, high end Decor appliances, and plenty of beautiful dishes Our mattresses, linens and towels rival any 5 star hotel. With dramatic, modern artwork and sea photography adorning the walls, you will feel immersed in the Southern California lifestyle. The master bedroom has an ocean view, front patio access, CA King bed, coastal inspired furniture, and available an crib. The master bathroom has marble countertops, dual sinks, large shower, separate tub, toilet, 12 drawers and a large walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has back patio access, two queen beds, en suit bathroom, two large closets. Bathroom #2 has marble countertops, dual sinks, large shower, separate tub, and toilet Bedroom #3 has back patio access, two queen beds and large closet with a second available pack and play. Bathroom #3 has a quartz countertop, large stone shower, sink and toilet. There are so many wonderful restaurants to walk to. Some of our favorites include 333, Rim Talay and Petite Madaline's. My family of 5 visited the greater San Diego area. We needed a base close to the Safari Park and Legoland. Sylvias place was perfect locationwise and the view was stunning! we had plenty of beds for the kids and the house in general was very comfortable. Everything was as described. The location on the strand was great. We ran each morning, took the kids to the beach, walked the pier. all very convenient. Restaurants were within 15 minutes walking. Great overall. Sylvia was highly responsive. I would stay here or deal with her as a host anytime.

We abouslotely loved it. Communication with the owner was wonderful. Cleaning crew was right on time. Maintenance was also taken care of in a timely manner. The view could not have been better. It was like a post card

Perfect oceanfront view. Awesome to hear the waves crashing on the rocks. Great for people watching since the place is directly on the strand. Close distance to the pier and downtown. Definitely can feel the old Cali beach vibe in Oceanside. Worth the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this villa. Communication with owner was great.
We had a bit of a problem with the elevator.
We saw lots of surfers, a dolphin and a seal from the outside seating area. The gas heater outside worked great during cooler times of the day and evening.
Would recommend booking time here.

This is a lovely and very comfortable and accessible home. The street is busy, as others have noted, but it wasn’t overly noisy and we quite enjoyed the parade of interesting characters and cars in the evening. Easy walking distance to town and amazing views. very communicative owner. Recommend!!

It is a beautiful home with beautiful ocean view, walk distance to pier, bars and restaurants. Kitchen is clean and very organized. Love patio setup with fire pit. Overall, great experience for me and my family.

We got this condo for us, 2 daughters and their spouses for a nearby family wedding. It was perfect - short walk to the pier, ocean out the front door, beautiful views, protected parking for 2 cars, close to great places to eat, everything we hoped for. Extended family came over several times as places they rented were not as spacious. The layout provides a lot of indoor and outdoor space and a large, well stocked kitchen. The host also provides ample towels, boogie boards and chairs. We laughed at the closets full of toys, books and games.
If we are able to return to Oceanside this is the place to stay. Everyone loved it.

We had 4 people staying, the unit is HUGE, very nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was fantastic, was able to help any time we reached out, communicated everything we needed before arrival and was overall very pleasant to deal with.
The views are absolutely spectacular, you can listen to the waves crashing at night, and the fire table is perfect. The road passing between the house and water is quite busy, but cars drive slow admiring the view, and the glass surrounding the balcony provides an adequate sound barrier.
The location is incredible, easily drive-able to both LA and SD. Oceanside has plenty of amazing restaurants, and should you desire, you’d never need to leave and could leave the car parked. The garage under the unit has plenty of space and height, we had Ford Expedition and it fit no problem. We were there for a golf trip, and there’s a ton of amazing courses within an hour.

Beautiful home. Fabulous view. Walking distance to so many things. The management was highly responsive and very professional. My kids surfed during the morning, skateboarded during the day and walked around town at night. LOVE THIS PLACE and hope to come back again!

Our annual college friends trip couldn’t have been better! This condo is the perfect location in Oceanside with direct access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There is no need to drive to go out at night and the condo is nicely furnished with everything you could ever need. The sunsets are breathtaking from the patio while enjoying the gas fireplace. The beds were super comfortable and the entire condo nicely furnished. We can’t wait to go back!
