Tolle Lage nahe der Biennale! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und alles hat gut geklappt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Venedig ausgesprochen gut!
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und daher etwas dunkel. Das Fenster geht auf die Rückseite eines Restaurants. Man kann also nicht wirklich rausschauen. Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können, es fehlten Messer und auch Spülmittel. Leider fehlte auch eine Steckdose neben dem Bett.

Excellent location away from the busy tourist areas, but not too far from anything. Riccardo was an amazing host, explaining anything we wanted to know about Venice as soon as we arrived, including directions for using the water bus to get to the room. He offered his personal recommendations for wine bars and restaurants in a thorough detailed list, to help us avoid the tourist traps and find the best local food. Every place we tried from his list was amazing. The room itself was very nice and clean, easily accessible from the street on the ground level.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was in a great neighborhood that was close enough to the waterfront but also quiet enough to feel like I had my own corner in a Venice full of tourists. It was very close to the Biennale (which I was mostly there for) and also to Piazza San Marco. Riccardo was the perfect host. He was very attentive and also helpful with information with the apartment and with recommendations. He was the best with helping me when my flight got cancelled and I had to arrange to stay for another night. I cannot recommend this place more.

Logement idéalement situé, agréable, propre, calme et très bien décoré. Vous en trouverez sûrement d'autres sur internet, mais un détail fait toute la différence : la qualité de l'accueil. Au-delà de l'appartement, si vous le souhaitez, Riccardo sait exactement vous conseiller pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseil sur les aspects pratiques de la ville, les restaurants, les boutiques, etc... Un grand merci pour nous avoir fait découvrir la vraie Venise. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
