I went back to this hotel for its location and its beautiful garden. The staff is very helpful, breakfast is good, it is quiet and away from the crowds, easy access for a watertaxi. It also has a lift to the upper floors which was very much appreciated
The room was okay, but not overly roomy, but it was fine for us as we were out all day

The garden is magnificent, the interior is luxurious, like in a museum, the location is ideal - there are shops, cafes and everything nearby. This is a magnificent hotel.

A beautiful and charming hotel, with lovely communal areas and a delightful garden. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main attractions while still being peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good and varied.
The breakfast could be improved by offering more hot options.
