Nestled in Saugatuck, this charming condo for $208 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Location, views - updated One Bedroom overlooking the harbor and marina out front. Perfect for a couple. Weekly summer rental( Sunday - Sunday) 3-night minimum in Summer and can rent; Sunday - Wed or Thursday & Thursday- Sunday Features panoramic views of Saugatuck Harbor. Walls of windows facing park and harbor. King Bed, Cork Floors, Tumbled tile Bathroom with exposed brick, tile shower with spa amenities. Walk-in Closet with Full Size Washer Dryer. Open Concept Living and dining room with efficiency kitchen. Living room features sofa, 2 easy chairs and dining/card table. Bathroom has exposed brick, large walk in shower. Efficiency Kitchen has real granite counter and backsplash, 2 burner stove, mini refrigerator, Convection oven/microwave, and ice maker. Cable TV- not that you will want to be inside with the great Views of harbor from each room. Includes Linens, beach towels & 2 Backpack beach chairs to use during stay, basic stocked kitchen, private deck for dining and enjoying sunsets. Have a glass of wine and watch the boats or enjoy sunset over the harbor. Walk to shops and restaurants, spa. Dog considered with prior owner approval- prefer 40+ lb non barking dogs as this is a multi-unit building. Dog considered depending upon occupancy. This is one of a few units in the building so if traveling with friends they may book one of the others- inquire with owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property’s location is on Water Street with a great view of the harbor with a nice porch and is in the middle of the downtown area. The property was very comfortable for a couple and was well maintained and clean. The host was great with communicating with us and responded quickly to us. Highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location - the property is steps from the water ( marina ) and all of the local shops/bars. Marta is an absolute perfect host. She thought of everything with this property and clearly wants her guests to be happy. It’s the small details and she got them right. I can’t wait to stay here again . Thanks Marta

This little condo was perfect for our weeklong escape to Saugatuck. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. The quality of the furnishings was great. Marta certainly does not cut corners. She left a nice welcome gift of a bottle of wine, cheese and snacks when we checked in, and a Keurig with some pods to start off with. She also had beach chairs, beach towels and a beach pass for guest use, another nice touch. We loved the location being in the heart of town and sitting on the cozy patio most evenings to people watch while looking over at the harbor. It was only a 2 block walk to get morning lattes and a block from the Butler restaurant. We enjoyed hearing the Butler’s live music on Thurs night, which ended around 10pm so it didn't affect our sleep. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but with the great location, comfy furnishings and responsive host, the slightly smaller space did not impact our enjoyment of the rental. Compared to any of our prior vacation rentals (or even hotel stays), this was the most problem-free experience we have had with accommodations. Thank you, Marta, for your care to give your guests a top-notch experience. We could not have been happier with the rental and hope to rent here again next summer if we return to Saugatuck.

Condo right across from marina and The Butler on the main street in town. Has its own porch with a little water bubbler from where you can people watch. You are a short walking distance from everything. Condo is nice with windows and good views. Owner always leaves nice treat of wine and snacks. Rates are reasonable. It’s the best!!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful accomodations my husband and I enjoyed in this peaceful and relaxing spot overlooking the river. The reservation from the start was easy to make and Marta was wonderful! She provided prompt responses and instructions and went out of her way to assist us. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. A basket of tasty treats to accompany the cheese and wine in the kitchen were delightful, especially while watching the park and water view from the cozy patio. We will be recommending this charming rental to our family and friends when they visit the area.

Great location to walk waterfront ! The quaint village is in your backyard. The unit was clean well supplied and had everything we needed. We even got a welcome gift! Gorgeous views and you can walk anywhere! We will definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful time in saugatuck. The location was great, right downtown with a view of the lake. The rental was clean and perfect for 2 people. Did not have need for interaction with our host while there but she was responsive when we asked a question before the trip. There was remodeling going on at the house next door so it was noisy but we weren’t at our rental much during the day.

I stayed in the apt B, which is small, but very nice. The host provided wine, and lots of appetizer goodies. clean and well decorated. Host was wonderful and communicating with me when I had questions. the location could not be better. Close to the boardwalk and also the shops in town. A short drive to the state park where there is wonderful hiking out to Lake Michigan.

Loved this place, honestly can't beat the location. RIGHT across from the lake, open view. Right next to shopping. Kind of like a mini house, small and compact but super clean, updated amenities and little extras.

This a great small place for 2. Everything was as expected though quarters were a little tighter than I’d imagined. Really appreciated the welcome gifts left by Marta. Location couldn’t have been better with a great view from inside and especially from the deck/patio.

Always enjoy renting this property, has everything you need , great for a couple ! Everything is in walking distance in town , drive to Oval Beach is not far , Douglas is another quaint town close by .

Enjoy the beautiful water view over coffee in the morning on the front porch! Walk to all the great restaurants! Stop for ice cream afterwards! Wonderfully decorated, Marta thought of everything you might need! Including the chocolates and cheese snacks! Delightful! We’ll be back!

Wonderful place, great location, kitchen is well stocked, it’s small but totally works for breakfast or lunch. Great location to walking to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion is to have a small ice maker. We had a great stay!

The central location of this property sets you up for a great time in Saugatuck. We were able to walk everywhere easily. It's a cozy space, the property is well appointed, has everything you need. Marta communicated clearly and frequently any updates we needed for check in and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property for your visit.
