Gorgeous view of the gulf! Very clean! NOTE: I also own a unit on the 8th and10th floor. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company. Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres. One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south. Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room. We had an amazing experience at this property! We love the location so close to everything. The pools were an added bonus! The room is very comfortable and clean, to make you feel right at home. Laura was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond. Book it now!

Our host and room was very welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean with a decor that made you feel at home. My wife even commented that there wasn’t even a blemish on the wall paint. To say the least we will stay there again and definitely with this host. Terrific stay!

The pools were supper clean, I noticed someone testing them several times a day. The beach was clean, and the cross breeze was a life saver. And even thou there was a ton of families with children, our room was very peaceful. Being Grandparents we watched the young families enjoy their time together. And I loved the covered parking garage, it kept the car cooler when went out.

This property was perfect for our family. The room has great ocean views and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was great and our kids enjoyed the boardgames the owner has for an at home feel. Overall very pleased!!!

Destin has always been a go to vacation destination. Now that we have our daughter, we are excited to make memories at Destin with her. We had the best time staying at Pelican Beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we walked I to the condo, the view from the patio was breathtaking. Our daughter loved the bunk beds and the book corner. We had everything we needed to cook in the beautiful kitchen. Over all our stay was perfect. The host was very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be planning another stay in the specific condo!

Everything went well. The property was nice and the beach was only moments away from the lobby. I misunderstood that the beach service is not included in the price of the property. So either check into prices of the beach service or be prepared to bring your own chairs/umbrellas. It was very nice to have the option of going to the beach or just using one of the three pools that was available.

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo with a breathtaking view. Laura and Tom were so helpful and made our stay a perfect getaway in Destin. The decor is fresh and we fell in love with the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you for hosting our family. We would love to come back to this condo!

From the lovation, check in process, speed of elevators to the amazing beach front. If you’ve done the vacation beach condo trips then you know all the previous mentioned are huge! The owner seemed to be very helpful and a class act.

My husband and I had a great time. The condo was beautiful and the owner is very responsive to any questions. The resort overall is nice. I did like the fact you can use all amenities at the resort on the day of check in if you arrive early, however, we were not able to check into our room until after 5 because it wasn’t ready and several other renters had this same issues. I did not particularly care for the beach set-up as there are hundreds of rental chairs/umbrellas at this resort and if you want to use your own chairs they have to be behind the rental chairs. If you bring your own chairs make sure you get there early and get a side spot so you can at least have a view of the ocean. Impressed with the cleanliness of the resort. I enjoyed the side pool because if you grab the right spot you have a view of the ocean.
