Updated 10th floor condo sits right on beach! Gorgeous full view of the Gulf where you can see dolphins from our balcony. Beautiful updated beach decor.

Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination.
Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many seafood and family friendly restaurants! Retail shops, Silver Sands shopping outlet mall, & movie theaters.
One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.
Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.
Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with DVD. Fully stocked with linens and towels.
Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Absolutely perfect stay! This was one of the most relaxing family vacations we’ve ever had. Being right on the beach was incredible — waking up every morning to the sound of the waves crashing was pure perfection. The property felt very safe, family friendly, and welcoming the entire time.The condo was beautifully laid out and extremely comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the king bed was heavenly — the first vacation where I didn’t wake up with back pain. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were such a nice touch.We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in during the day and the storms move across the water in the evenings. Another favorite detail was the collection of beach-themed kids books ready for bedtime each night. The two laundry hampers also made beach laundry surprisingly easy!The beach setup was fantastic. We rented umbrella/chairs for one day and it was well worth it. The rinse-off shower area between the beach and pool was also a must-have feature with kids.Laura was amazing to work with — incredibly quick with communication and full of great restaurant recommendations that our whole family loved.Our trip was the perfect mix of beach days, Big Kahuna Water Park, visiting the Pensacola Naval Air Museum and Lighthouse, and relaxing by the pool. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

This was a great place to stay. It was a wonderful view of the beach and had great access to it. It also had wonderful amenities and was close to everything you’d want to experience in Destin. I highly recommend this condo. We had a great time.
