Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Bodega Bay. You'll enjoy watching the seals, heron, gulls, cormorants, white pelicans, brown pelicans and sandpipers right from your deck. You will enjoy a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Beautiful granite countertops with a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The open living area also has a wine refrigerator! Both bedrooms include private baths and water closets. They are also are equipped with flatscreen TV's and DVD players. Views of the bay from your bedroom windows...watch the sunrise as you wake up in your comfortable bed. The family area has a wood stove to keep you cozy. It also has a Smart TV to keep you connected, and a DVD player. You will enjoy free high speed internet (200+) and WIFI. We are centrally located along the scenic and dramatic Sonoma Coast. It's just an hour and 15 minutes from San Francisco, and less than an hour from Napa and Sonoma. The Russian River is just 15 minutes away, so there are literally hundreds of activities to choose from during your Bodega Bay vacation! Or you can stay put and just enjoy the wildlife and wonderful ambiance of Bodega Bay. The property is located right on the water at the bottom of a long narrow driveway. Parking is limited and it can be challenging to turn around at the bottom. The best way to enter the driveway is heading south on Highway 1, so if you're heading north on Hwy 1 go to Diekman's Deli and turn around in their parking lot to head south on Hwy 1, the driveway is about 50 feet south and on the right. We had a great time! The check-in process was very easy, the place was clean and cozy and the views were so amazing. We arrived just in time to catch a gorgeous sunset our first night and all slept very comfortably. I loved waking in the morning to watch the birds, and lucky for us, seals swimming past. The owner was easy to work with and responsive. Thank you for a magical time!

This was the best stay everrrr! Very clean, very nice it lacked NOTHING! House sits on the water and the view and the sounds were just phenomenal! Steve was amazing and was super helpful before and during the stay! Honestly if I could give higher than a 5 I’d give a 100 stars! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!

Loved it! Great host, great property, great location! Views to die for! Our first stay was so relaxing that we plan to return. Right on the water and hwy 1, yet so close to restaurants, beaches and hiking trails. We are seniors, and this VRBO property was perfect for our family.

Right on the water, several decks you can just chill out and enjoy. I was able to fish off the bottom deck and enjoy watching the seals and kayakers on the top deck. Everything you would need and only a block away from the mini mart. The only crazy part was the driveway but it got less scary the longer we stayed.

This property was amazing! It had all the necessary amenities and we felt so at peace staying at the Bay's Edge. The views were stunning and the sunsets were simply gorgeous. This was the perfect place to be to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we hope to return again in the future. The only issue we had was there was a coastal power outage the morning of check-out, so we could not run the dishwasher as instructed. We highly recommend staying at the Bay's Edge!

We loved our stay and appreciated the antique sign over sofa and low key decor. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Owner is great and helpful. View from our bedroom on full moon was something out of a painting.Jennifer, who cleaned place also very helpful. We brought our kayaks and appreciated being able to let in right there, which is why we rented it. Diekmans store for firewood or treats is a quick walk away. I ran from unit out to Bodega Head then picked up just out of oven monkey bread from Ginochio's Kitchen. Noteworthy-we did not know from listing that unit is on the top story. Not a big deal but important to know. We are locals and live 13 miles away but love a quick staycation. (Pillows on sofas would be a nice addition, as well as adding a mirror in waterfront bedroom as tiny one in bathroom is hard to see into) That being said, this is a magical rental and we plan on staying here again.

Just what we needed. After moving, and our wedding, the family needed a vacation to rest, and reset. Beautiful scenery of the bay, right on the water. Slept with the window open, so we could hear the bay when the tide was in, and of course the smell of the saltwater. Hated to go home, but will definitely be back.

Great views, serene setting and so much to do around the area. The wildlife both in the water and out was exciting. There’s beaches, hiking on the cliffs, kayaking, vineyards and great restaurants. We saw amazing sunsets right from our balcony. It’s also close to Guernsville where we visited the Armstrong forest and Russian River that’s only a few miles from the Korbel winery. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I needed to be close to the wedding venue and this property was just a few minutes away. It was perfect for two people as the 2 bedrooms each had their own shower and bathroom so we could both get ready at the same time.

The property looked exactly like the pictures! We enjoyed watching the ducks, seagulls and seals. It was a very comfortable place to stay! My only regret is that I forgot to sign the ledger before we left! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to celebrate our 26th anniversary!!!

A fun “cottage” in a 3 unit home. It’s been fixed up nicely & is very comfortable. The home sits over the water. Beautiful view of the bay & a great place to watch for seals. Steve is very helpful & responds quickly. The wood stove easily heats the home. An easy walk to the road that goes around the bay. The kitchen is well equipped for dinners in. All in all an enjoyable place to stay.

Bodega Bay is a great location for traveling south to San Fransico, east to wine country, and north along the coast. The property is very nice, well maintained, helpful owner, beautiful views, and close to a local market for essentials. It was great to sit on the deck and watch the seals, birds, and boats go by. Even during a heavy rainstorm, we could sit on the couch and watch the rain, so very relaxing. The wood stove warmed everything up at night and was fun to watch the fires reflection in the big patios doors, while watching the rain.

We rented this apartment in Bodega Bay for my daughters spring break from college. With the central location, it serves us very well for oceans and forest expeditions. We cooked at home several nights and enjoyed sunrise & sunset overlooking the bay. Even though the apartments are directly on the water, the beach was too cold for lounging, but beautiful to look at!

We stayed here with friends this last weekend and it was fantastic. They had a tree that went down in the storm and there was an excavator where parking should be but we ended up with the place to ourselves and used the garage to turn around. The driveway was very muddy but that is to be expected with the storms we had. The accommodations were great, views and sunsets were gorgeous and it had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your property and I will be back for sure !

We just spent three of the most relaxing & enjoyable days in Old Town Bodega Bay. This property is so peaceful, so quiet, so perfect! The weather was beautiful, calm winds & blue skies. The unit was so well equipped, there was nothing we needed to venture out for. Just sit, relax, read, eat & nap! The perfect getaway!
