Situated in San Rafael, this lovely condo for $110 per night is a great choice for your next break. Only 15 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge to the rental in San Rafael. HOT PRIVATE HOT TUB( not shared), HOT ROCK SAUNA, JACUZZI, PETS OKAY $60. Private; not shared. Several shopping centers & restaurants are within walking distance. Abusive hygienic use of the hot tub resulting in a drain, clean & refill; a $75 fee will be charged. 2 person maximum at all times, including guests. Check-out is at 10:00 AM & check-in is 3 PM. No early check-in or late check-out; thanks. The age limit minimum is 25 for the primary renter. 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Attached studio apartment with private entry; totally separate. There are no carpets, but clean ceramic tile floors with a sky-lite & ceiling fan above the bed. An ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, non-heating, with 3 different colored flame choices. Pets allowed; ( please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site), shedding dogs keep brushed, uncontrolled barking not allowed, as well if you go out & leave your dog alone & please don't leave your dog alone the first night. Please pick up dog pop in the fenced yard. We do have a small fenced-in yard. . You have your own private entrance. One queen bed & also a pullout bed sofa bed. Full bathroom with jetted tub, your own private hot tub, hot rock sauna, and small patio garden area. Bed linens and towels are provided. Full kitchen with stove top and oven, double-sided refrigerator, convection microwave oven, utensils, cookware, and more. Barbecue lovers gas grill is provided. This studio is attached to a primary structure and is totally private & separate, with its own entrance.& private patio with outdoor dining area. Neighborhood restaurants are a few blocks away (a couple just a walking distance). This unique place is located in the northern part of Marin County, with easy access to Hwy 101 and many places that San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. Our local farmers market is nearby, open every Thursday and Sunday. Restaurants are within one to 2 blocks away. A block away from a major supermarket.

The housekeepers must have used gallons of bleach. The smell was overpowering. The keurig was broken- could not use. But it was exceptionally quiet and very easy locstion for finding my way around.

This was a great stay to celebrate my birthday. I’m a nature person so I enjoyed the trees. I also liked the privacy. I wish the tub and towels were cleaner, and there were better instructions of how to operate the hot tub. Also, the door between the kitchen didn’t work so it would’ve been nice to have a curtain for more privacy when sleeping. Overall, it was a nice place for two people to stay for a few days

Was going to an event in San Rafael and didn't want to drive home. This was the perfect spot for the night -- clean, quiet, quaint. Bed is super comfortable and I enjoyed the skylight.

We really enjoyed our stay at this delightful rental ! Very comfortable yet not lacking in our favorite amenities. A great kitchen with almost everything I could ever dream of using was there. The bed was great, very comfortable., Enjoyed the hottub for hours, 100% private ! We loved this place and would recommend it to everyone. Can't wait to visit again. .

This is a very sweet property, attractively decorated, user friendly regarding use of the kitchen, availability of electric outlets, etc. The outdoors area has a lovely place to sit and sip in the waning of the day. Ben provided excellent information on how to access the property, even painting the gate yellow so it would be more readily recognizable.

The shower had not been properly cleaned and the hot tub was not pristine, but it was well equipped and when we needed coffee because the Jurick was broken the manager provided it quickly. Overall a B+

The place is nice, cozy, and well equipped. We were there for our anniversary and would have liked some privacy. The place is a duplex and the landlord lives on the other side. In the three nights that we were there, we got was multiple visits from the landlord, Comcast, and other repairman. The landlord also wanted to come in and paint, and bring in more repairmen, but we said no, however, he entered anyway when were gone, and without our consent. On top of that in the evening when we were back and wanted to relax, he was outside making a lot of loud noises with some kind of trash for about an hour. Sum it up, place was nice, but you'll get absolutely no peace from the landlord and the parking sucks.

The phone conversation with the OWNER was not professional. He mentioned there was no early check in or late check out. Not very travel friendly. The directions to get in were long and complicated. Would have been easier to say enter the property on the left side where it says……. And put a name on the gate. At the entrance there were three full trash cans. We opened the gate to see a tiny entry way with empty small trash cans, short broom with dust pan and dust mop. We were charged to use hot tub when we had no intention to use it. There was a small kitchen with cluttered counters and a bedroom with a love seat tv and table. Whole place was very tiny and decor was very outdated. There was a wall heater that was off. The place was cold. Owner did not answer the phone on day of arrival. He only answered the day before. Definitely ver priced for such a tiny uncomfortable place.

My daughter, dog and I stayed here for a week and it was fine for our purposes. Clean, comfortable and also convenient to the freeway - it was also within walking distance of some nice hiking trails. The kitchen was also nicely laid out and was well equipped. It is very small however, and I wouldn't recommend it if you need two places to sleep (as we did) - although there is a sofa bed it's sagging in places and not great to sleep on. But just as a place to sleep for one person or a couple who is not looking for any extras or luxeries, this works just fine.

Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended. What sold me were all the positive reviews about the rental. It was far better than I had expected. The owner is very nice and provides very easy to follow check in instructions. Very clean and neat.
