The Market area offers an abundance of shopping and nationally acclaimed restaurants that will prove to be a culinary delight. This newly updated unit affords easy walking or a simple rickshaw ride to top attractions such as the Gibbes Museum, The Market, The South Carolina Aquarium, The Waterfront Park, The Battery and a whole host of other attractions. Enjoy the beautiful oversized windows with amazing views of the Ravenel Bridge and city rooftops, which many have noted, are the focal point of this pleasant condominium. Newly refinished oak floors gleam throughout the living areas, further enhancing the bright, airy space. Special features include tall smooth ceilings, fireplace, and exposed sections of brick with wood beam walls dating back to 1850. If you want a super cool place to stay where you can park your car and walk all over Charleston, this is it. Super cool place, very well appointed. It is right in the middle of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. I was a little concerned that with the restaurant on the 1st floor and being right on Meeting Street that it would be too loud, but it definitely was not. I would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed our long weekend stay in this urban city vibe apartment. A great location and easy access to all the main attractions. The condo had almost everything we needed and the shower was my absolute favorite due to the high pressure it gave off and plenty of hot water. I feel like a few more towels and wash clothes are always better than not enough and the apartment didn’t have any kitchen towels so when I hand washed the few things we used I had to dry them with paper towels. The elevator was as described and thankful for the warning on wait time. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. Would stay again.

This property is well managed and just as it is described! Perfect location, cozy, and an overall great landing spot for romantic get away in Charleston! We had one minor issue with technology and the property manager promptly responded. I would highly recommend this location!

Perfect in every way! They do have a coffee machine and coffee/creamer/sugar but that's it so make sure to grab some water/drinks before you go to bed the first night. Everything was comfortable! Thank you!

We were in Charleston for our anniversary and the Chris Stapleton concert. This condo was the perfect size and the perfect location for our weekend getaway. Once we parked the car, we walked everywhere and didn't need it again until we were heading home. The view above Meeting Street is fun to people watch and makes you really feel a part of the Historic vibe. We also loved all the exposed brick walls. We hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing stay over the 4th of July week. It was in perfect walking distance to everything. We drove in but walked everywhere. It was a hot hot week but amazing. The bed was comfortable the whole place was super clean. So happy when I found the steamer for our clothes(we are now going to buy on). If and when we come back we would stay here again. Management was great with recommendations. And the restaurant matador downstairs has the best guacamole I’ve ever had. Thanks again!!!

I could not believe how adorable and how convenient this property was! It has everything we needed, was spacious, and was right between the two best streets for eating and shopping! A very short walk to the market and to all of the different tours we took. We absolutely loved it! And the host was amazing at communicating before our stay with detailed instructions on how to enter the property including pictures and recommendations for parking. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Charleston, you can’t go wrong with the soho suite!

Property was very convenient and well kept. Renovation construction a bit of a nuisance but that was a matter of timing so will not affect all the pluses with this VRBO. Enjoyable stay. This place really close to all the places we wanted to walk to. Would recommend.

This apartment gave us so much more comfortable space than any local hotel room could at a better price. Right in the heart of downtown Charleston with easy access to other spots. Access may be difficult for persons with mobility issues, the only elevator is small and a little tricky to access. Once inside you have views of Charleston’s streets. A little noisy. Loved having coffee and breakfast while sitting in the kitchen overlooking the city.

This is a wonderful apartment - light, bright, clean and quiet. Great location right off King Street. It does have a tiny slow elevator - the only downside. Instructions to use the stairs would be helpful. Otherwise fantastic

Lovely quiet apartment in central location to historical sites, restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Would definitely come back. Matt was very responsive to any questions.

The construction happening on the lower level did pose some problems. The intermittent noise, frankly was the least of them. The small area around the entrance to the elevator was nearly blocked because of work being done on a manhole right there. Part of the time it was just open! They did eventually put danger cones up, then a wood and plastic sheeting rain canopy. It made it so that you had to squeeze by, in what was already constricted space. The workers seemed nice and were trying to be as accommodating as they could. But it was inconvenient. Hopefully this will just be temporary. That said, the apartment itself was very nice and the location couldn’t be beat!

I stayed for 2 weeks and absolutely loved this unit. Location, layout, and owner support are all next level. It’s a beautiful, light-filled spot and even with construction building out the restaurant on the first floor, felt quiet and private in the middle of everything. Top choice when I come back.
