Very good

Good value for the price

Quite old furniture and beds. In bathroom was a bad smell one day. Beds wasnt the most comfortable. But according to price it still a good choice.

Very good

Very clean apartment, (cleaning every two days) air conditioning worked well,wi-fi worked well, large balcony, large fridge and most importantly great location,very close to beaches, shops and restaurants.There is a bus stop nearby ,that will take you to many other beautiful beaches, old town in Alcudia.From the bus stop (A32) you will get directly to the airport.I recommend this apartment

There were no wine glasses, no coffee mugs, and generally few kitchen utensils.

Perfect place to relax!

The building is located just beside sea. There are plenty of restaturants on 800m walk away. There is also a public beach. The room was clean. Balcony had city view. The staff is very friendly and guide you very well. The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the building.

The room service did not come to clean the room. We stayed for 3 days. The studio apartments do not have Sea view Balcony. Therefore please make sure you book bigger apartment for Sea view. The quilts were not clean. The shower head of bathroom was broken. The dishes in the kitchen were not properly clean.

Pleasant

Amazing views to the sea Quiet area & close to the beach We had some issues with the electricity the first day (light went off couple of times) and the staff assisted quite fast

The kitchen is very limited - few items (no coffee machine, no microwave, no oven, limited cuttlery). They don't refill the gel/champu during our stay and they did not clean the floors when we were there.

The staff is very kind, we appreciated a lot that they waited for us till 5 am to check in due to flight delay. There is a supermarket nearby.

The apartments have really thin walls, you can hear everything from other apartments. It was impossible to relax or sleep: slamming doors, people screaming literally all the time, the music from the bar downstairs. When the people from the apartment next door cooked our apartment filled with the smell of their food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people who wants to spend some relaxing days but to groups of young friends.

Good value for money, would stay again if we had a sea view next time

Only 10 minute walk from the beach, quiet location, very polite lady in reception, very accommodating, let us have our room for extra half a day.

Sink taps very hard to turn and shower very loose. We had a 1st floor apartment overlooking a noisy road.

Beautiful and cosy place

The beach is not far from the apartments. There are two ones: one 20 meters to the left, another to the right. Can Picafort city is wonderful, clean and nice. You can ask for a hair dryer in the reception. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite.

I cannot tell that I did not like something. Everything was perfect!!

-Perfect location with Great sea views on the balcony right next to the coastline; -Lina is very nice and friendly and can also speak German well:-)

Nothing to complain! We were very satisfied and had really enjoyed our stay there.

Superb

Great location in front of the sea, friendly staff, affordable prices and free parking nearby. Some reviews say they didn't have microwave, but they did.

2 days we struggled for getting hot water, but they fixed it. Internet is stable, but really low speed (approx 2 - 3 mbps) for digital nomads isn't enough, and there isn't hairdryer.

Fantastic time

Fantastic accommodation, quiet and clean apartment. Willing receptionist. We lived on the 6th floor, beautiful view! All around the beach, under a window, a cheap pub and public transport to the airport and the beach. I recommend a trip to Arcudia and Pollença!

Accomodation very good, clean, with all you need. Lina from reception very helpful.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor. People very loud and staying untill 2-3 AM. Again, at 7 AM another close by terace opens and the noise startes again.

View from room 506 is amazing!

The cleaning agent smell is too strong. The room on the top floor, 6th, are bad. Other floors are good

Best rooms ever.

One of best places where we slept in Mallorca for a great price. We traveled across Spain. Personal was helpful, nice. Room cleaning excellent every other day. Thank you

Great place to be in Mallorca

It is well located, it has good infra structure,

The light at the balcony cannot be controlled by the guests. Sometime there is a sewage smell from the bathroom. There could be umbrellas for the guests to borrow

Nice few days at Can Picafort

Friendly staff, nice view, everything was clean, few minutes walk to beach🙂

Problem where to put wet towels or swimming kit, nothing for that in bathroom, nothing at balcony.Also only 2 chairs at balcony for three people. But it's not so important. Walls are like from paper, u can hear neighbours very well😁

Great stay for good money

The location was great, comfy bed, nice and clean apartment.

On booking.com the checking is from 2 p.m. but the hotel actually finish with checking at 1 p.m.
