Clean, big apartments
Good food with a wide variety changing everyday
Nice staff
Big swimming pools and a lot of activities every day
Lack of internet access on TV (Phone hotspot doesn’t work either, so forget of watching anything except Spanish and German TV)
Suuuper slow elevators breaking down all the time (it might sound funny, but becomes very annoying when you wait with stroller for elevator 10mins)

very good place, it was very clean, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the pool was for both adults and children, there is a jacuzzi. For the children there are events every night with animators. Everything was amazing, we were very satisfied, you will not regret staying there! The hotel has a parking lot, but even if there are no spaces there, there is free parking in front of the hotel, which is very convenient if you have a rental car.

We loved it. You get a lot for a reasonsble price - great apartment, good food, evening events. It was my first time staying at a hotel while having celiac disease. At every meal staff showed me what I could eat - special thanks to Alicia who took really good care of me and understood what means 100% gluten free food. Also, my partner has said that he had never had such tasteful (normal) food.

The hotel’s greatest strength is its friendly staff. Every single team member treats guests with genuine respect and kindness. The property offers many family-friendly activities, and both the indoor and outdoor pools are a real advantage outside the high season.
The hotel does not meet 4-star standards in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Tableware in the restaurant is not properly clean (especially plates), and the apartment shows visible signs of wear. The rooms are cleaned daily, but only superficially. The food also falls short of a 4-star level. All juices are artificial, and the same applies to the coffee. While the selection is extensive, the quality of the food is lacking.
