BEACH POOL LAKE LAGOON AND PIER (elevator) Total home makeover and full renovations done and completed April 2022! house is in new condition Come see all the new upgrades and brand new floors walls paint bedding it’s like new! Private home! Single family. Not a condo, no shared space at property. Private drive and parking. Private West Beach home. Entire home with private driveway. Pets allowed but please ask prior to booking. We need to make sure pets fit homes HOA requirements Private home! Secluded All our properties are fully sanitized between guests This large private 4 bedroom home is perfect for a group of 8 and can accommodate up to 10 with children. **Additional charges apply to oversized groups please request quote for more details. Bedding, beds and supplies provided to reported size of group. Home is Situated on Gulf Shores private drive and private beach. House is just steps from the beach with access on boardwalk This home is only 3 miles from the HANG OUT restaurant party central and everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Beach is considered private because access is only given to the few homes on this part of the beach. No over crowding, not even during summer! #currentsituationgulfshores is a multilevel private home with panoramic views of both the beach and the lake lagoon. The pier is private to our complex, and is great for fishing, swimming and use our kayak that is provided for your family water sports fun. There is also a pool in this small family complex of 6 homes. Outdoor shower, main floor walk in foyer with a garage door. Pull your coolers and toys right in and drop(provided). Park style grill on ground floor. Need charcoal (not provided). This home has everything you need to be on vacation! We provide what you need to just show up and relax. Some pool toys, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, grill, coolers, strollers some here! (Pictured) not much tho just some stuff. Please replace anything you break, lose or trash. Large private parking lot holds up to 6 vehicles. This home has beach access just a few steps away across not busy west beach Blvd, pool access and lake lagoon access also just a few steps away. Wifi and Cable are also included. 4 televisions, DVD player, high speed internet. All provided top floor has tv and dvd player. 2 refrigerators one main floor in kitchen and one in foyer ground level. No ice machine but 2 freezers. Grab a few bags of ice on your way in. Main floor boasts an open concept kitchen fully stocked with plates, pots and pans, cups, silverware etc Laundry on main first floor includes washer and dryer Eat in kitchen bar and table Front wrap around deck table and chairs. Up to 10 some outdoor chairs on site and provided. Additional seating in storage closet. Living room seating for several around the fireplace and television. Main floor 1 full bathroom and 1 bedroom with access to deck and views. Queen bed, dresser, cable television, 2 large closets with 1 pull out twin roll away bed Second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and full wrap around deck. Bedroom 2 second floor master King bed with large closet, dresser and on suite full bathroom. Cable television. Access to deck and views. Bedroom 3 second floor large room with 1 queen bed, 1 full and on suite spa bathroom. Closet and dressers. Shower and whirl pool tub. Cable television. Access to deck and views. All the way at the top on the 3rd floor is the look out bedroom (bedroom #4). 3 of the 4 walls are windows with panoramic views of the beach. 2 roof top decks and nothing to obstruct your view!!!! Look out bedroom has a queen bed. Also Has a portable ac unit as well as central air. Lots of windows so additional air conditioning provided. In total the home has 1 king, 3 queen beds, 1 full beds, and 2 twin roll out beds All linens, towels and beach towels are provided and in home for the number of guests reserved in your group. Home is great for all ages and abilities. Ask about our ground floor elevator to assist every need in your group. Lovely time in Gulf Shores! House was great and the elevator really made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Grandmother is in a wheelchair and she was able to go to each floor with ease. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the beach more but we got some great family time in around the pretty fireplace! Good times! Only negative is the 1st floor queen bed is uncomfortable and hard. House was lovely! Would love to come back in warmer months to enjoy the cute pool and dock! Good times! Thank you!

This was the perfect location for our group of 9 to stay. Not only do You have a beautiful view of the ocean just across the street, but you can also enjoy the private fishing pier on the other side. There is a great place to store your beach and fishing equipment at the bottom of the stairs. And a plus was the additional beach chairs/toys that are provided. We have stayed in this area before, but we will definitely stay in this house again. Plenty of room for each family and a gorgeous view from the top floor bedroom.

Broken bed frame in Master bedroom, called about and no one showed up. Issues with doors sticking, Refrigerator doors, no stops hitting cabinets. Unusual smells. good location, but could use some TLC.

This place was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The first floor has a living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The 2nd floor has a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with 2 full beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd floor is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony looking out.

This home definitely needs some TLC. Also needs a really good deep clean. But over all we enjoyed our stay. The location of the house to the beach is great. And there was plenty of room for us all.

Our hosts worked hard to remedy the A/C problems upon our arrival (including purchasing window units and new fans for us to use until the repair could be made!) and we were “nice and cool” our entire stay! We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and location just across the road to the beach. Pool access was important to our kiddos so we enjoyed that as well. 4 of the 5 beds were super comfy. Enjoyed the porch and even were able to watch fireworks from the top floor balcony! Only maintenance issue the whole week was the 3 toilets which needed coaxing at times but we were able to live with it. Access to cleaning products and more basic necessities (TP, shower gel, hair dryer) would have been nice. Furniture and decore was homey, especially leather living room and big table to gather around for meals.

The property met my expectations. Easy access to the beach which was not too far away. The pool is at the back of the property and we were the only ones using it though the other properties were occupied. Plenty of hot water for all eleven of us to shower consecutively. We really enjoyed our stay. The elevator makes carrying in the luggage much easier than navigating the stairs. If we ever do another family trip, I’d definitely consider staying there again.

We had a group of 4 couples all over 50. House was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Pool and dock were fantastic. Water was clear in the bay so we certainly enjoyed swimming in it. The beach was across the street with easy access. Enjoyed both the beach and the bay. House had many beach chairs and other items to be used outside. Hoping to return! Wish we had one extra day but certainly enjoyed all. Only left to restock supplies.

Excellent location, short walk 100 yards or so to the beautiful pristine sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. West beach is pet friendly and family friendly 5 stars. Lagoon is also about a 100 yards from the house with a fabulous pier. Swimming pool at the house is very nice as well.
House is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We loved it. Lots of room for friends and family. Kitchen is great. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. 5 stars experience.
We fell in love with Southern Grind in Orange Beach and highly recommended this local coffee shop for coffee and breakfast.

We stayed last week and absolutely loved this place. There is plenty of room and directly across from the white, sandy beach. We loved that you had beach chairs and toys for our son to take to the beach. Would love to stay here again on a return trip. 10/10!!!

Host was very nice and let me drop food off early. There were plenty of towels, space, and beds. Beautiful house, view and location. Quiet neighborhood. I felt the cleaning fee was a bit high considering there was a lot of dust under beds and sofa. A couple pans, cooking utensils and hot pads were not clean. Some safety issues were the outside lighting and lighting in elevator room were burned out making it very dark at night when coming or going. Also railing at the very top of indoor stairs on 3rd floor is loose. There was no shampoo so be sure to bring your own. Overall the place was beautiful and location was perfect for an “all girls weekend getaway “ with my daughters and granddaughters. Would definitely recommend Bre’s place and would stay there again!

The home has 4 Bedrooms. Across the road to the Beach. Great views. The bed on 1st floor wasn’t very comfortable. The Dishwasher wouldn’t work. TVs had TiVo and it wouldn’t work in Master Bedroom. Living Room Furniture could use updating. Floors were dirty. Lots of beach equipment available to use.

Great house for a large group. We had 8 adults and 4 children under 7. Lots of room , 3 levels, great for privacy. The elevator was so great since there is lots of stairs. The description that was provided was spot on. Short walk to beach and pool. Would definitely rent again.

We are 4 ladies each over 70 who stayed 5 nights in the house. It was clean, inviting and enjoyable. The elevator was a big plus. There were some minor issues but handyman took care of them. Overall, I would give the house a reference to my friends.

We was unble to get lock undone, took at least 30 minutes to get in. House smelled musty. Sheets in floor for hide away bed - unsure if clean. Tried to wash them , however discovered dryer did not work . Couch was broken down in middle. Rained on second day we was there and roof leaked though light fixture . Only had one kitchen towel so had to use bath hand towel to dry dishes. Shades broken and later got charged for them. Be sure to read check out policies. Got charged for “ dirty towels “ left in floor and trash in trash cans. She also took pictures of sand in floor ! Was unaware house had to be cleaned spotless upon leaving. I paid for cleaning services I should not be docked for this upon leaving. I had to call and make an appointment for a cleaning upon departure. I felt like she had planned on keeping my deposit and looked for things. Would not recommend staying here whether anything is broke or not you will not be receiving your deposit back. I do not recommend this home to anyone nor will I be staying here again.

Making the reservation was simple and easy and the property owner was quick to respond with any questions. Aside from a few minor damages we found upon arrival, the owner was quick to acknowledge they were aware of them and have plans to fix them soon. House was clean and spacious and the balconies were great for the dog. Also, having some cool beach chairs as part of the rental was a bonus.

The house has lots of outdoor space, access to a pool which the kids loved and easy access to the beach. The house is large and offers room for being together and apart.

Fan in downstairs bedroom broken. Multiple blinds on windows are broken the handle on tub in double bedroom comes off. Access to beach is misrepresented.ice machines are all broken. This house is asking too much for the quality

Nice house with views of the beach on all levels. My favorite spot was the front porch on the 3rd floor. Having 2 refrigerators was nice for big families. Nice little walk to the bay side. A lot of steps inside the house but overall nice.

This house was perfect for our big family! We had plenty of space for everyone and had a perfect view of the beach! The walk from the house to the beach was short and had two convenient public entrances that were right across from the house! We would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for my kids and grandkids. There was an elevator that went to the first and second floor for my 92 year old dad to use. We were close to the beach, the bay, shopping and dining. We will stay in this lovely house again!
