The staff was attentive and pleasant. Needed a hairdryer, that arrived quickly.
The bathroom door handle was faulty, so when shut we couldn't open it. Had to go down to reception, he was quick to arrive but same happened in the morning. Needs attention, especially if your on your own. Also step out of reception door, needs a sign 'Mind Step', as the tiles from reception are the same colour through glass door, so a shock as it's a drop.

Location mainly. But the rooms were nice as well.very quiet. Parking no issue and the old cells and police decor was well worth going to have a look at.
The food menu was limited. Breakfast wasn’t available. Wasn’t much of an issue as there were lots of cafes close by.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The manager Saii is very friendly.

The bathroom was large and will equipped. Bedroom spacious and comfortable.
Street location was an uncomfortable. Parking was testing. Communal areas in the hotel need updating. Carpets a bit worn.
