Staff in all areas were exceptional nothing too much trouble
Scaffolding outside but it did not affect anything . Nobody seemed to be working on it

Staff who welcome us at the actual bar were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was good nice and clean but dated but seemed like they were doing renovations so hopefully that family room will get completed like in the pictures shown. Breakfast was great and so were the staff.
Need better signage for parking , currently being renovated so wasn't the best appearance from the front but inside was very nice. Person at check in reception not helpful when asked if there was a lift was told no and it's only 1 flight of stairs but we actually found the lift later so she wasn't helpful espicially with children and large bags having to carry them up plus a very long walk to the room with multiple doors and several more double steps to go up not good with large luggage as came from Australia. Worksop as a location very run down not a family friendly area after 6pm got taxi to dinner to feel safer with kids.
