Not a lot really
9 / 10Outstanding·Nov 2026
Room was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Staff were polite and efficient. Ease of location and free on-site parking. Walk along canal on doorstep.
If being really picky - the soap dispenser covers seemed ill-fitting and cheap.
5 / 10·Nov 2026
Been there before, familiar, dockside setting. Great to meet family. Friendly pub/restaurant staff Reasonably priced, as used as base for several hospital visits.
Housekeeping not so good, needed fresh shower curtain and beds neatly straightened not ruffled prior to our use.Struggled with heat control in room, couldn’t get heat. Ran out of coffee at breakfast, not just needing a new pot. Hollandaise sauce on eggs, were mayo
