Located in Homosassa, this attractive house for $240 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ** Kitchen and bathrooms remodeled in 2023.**. Our home is located in Homosassa, on a deep water canal just a 5 min. boat ride to the river and 20 min. from the Gulf of Mexico. This is a prime location, close to the The Freezer ( 1/2 mile), MacRae's and Riverside Resort (1 mile). 35 ft. of dock space to accommodate one or two (depending on size) boats. Property can accommodate 1-2 trailers on the side yard and 2 cars in the driveway. There is a large deck/dock area, screened porch, outdoor seating and gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals inside or on the grill. It has a small microwave and dishwasher. We do not have a deep freezer to store bait. The home has central A/C + a wall unit located in the master bedroom. Also ceiling fans in the living room/loft area and master bedroom. Cable/Wifi included. NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC OR PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.

Cute little house in the Homassas area; quiet, plenty of space for 6+ people! The host was super responsive--had a small issue or two and she responded and immediately and took care of issue promptly. If I could give her more than a 5 star rating, I would!! One note to future renters--if renting winter or early spring, bring some repellent for no-seeums. They were terrible! Even so, we spent a lot of time on the screened in lanai even though we scratched like crazy later.--.haha! Saw a manatee in the canal, too.

This is paradise found. That may sound like a bit of an oversell, but it is truly an understatement. We spent three weeks at this location and with the exception of the No see ums (Very small bitting insects) it was perfect. My projections is we shall make a return visit next year if it is still available.

I had to call the owners a couple of times they answered the phone they were very responsive and friendly. The location was great short boat ride to many restaurants in the springs. My friends who live in the area said it was a great centrally located spot. Would definitely do it again.

We enjoyed our time in Homosassa with our family and the house was nice and conveniently located close to everything. Cheri had a lot of condiments and spices and other supplies provided which was nice. We were worried about our 2year old grandson getting upstairs since the railing was too wide. We brought a gate to keep him out. The dock was convenient for the boat and we had fun at the springs and trying to get some scallops in the bay

Just right for us

The property is just as described and pictured. Very comfortable and well appointed. The dock was large enough for my 18 foot boat without any problem. It was very convenient to walk right out the back door and be ready to head out for a day of fishing or floating. Our 2 adult sons and their wives joined us for part of the week and there was a gracious plenty of room for us all and a bed to spare. Cheri was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to another visit to this home in the future

First time to Homosassa and certainly will not be our last! Hope to return to this cabin as well. Very pleasant neighbors and loved their dog Gracie, what a nice addition. Only wish we had more people to join us and share this with, hopefully next time, so spacious, so much room and accommodating. Definitely feels like home. Thank you Kevin & Cheri

This is our second time staying at this house, and it will definitely not be our last! The location is perfect--it is close to everything, whether you are traveling by road or by water. It is well stocked, so you don't have to worry about packing up your entire house with you for vacation. And, the owners are so nice. Can't wait to come back again.
