Located in Sunset Beach, this charming house for $507 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Recently renovated custom waterfront home with a dock on the canal. Located one block from surfing in the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Free use of 6 standup paddle boards, 2 single kayaks and 1 double kayak for guests. Free SUP or Kayak lessons, when available. Boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs included. Walk to local restaurants. BBQ on patio, balcony overlooking canal, the epitome of So Cal living on the water. The patio and boat dock is a shared common area with other tenants and short term guests that reside on the property. The activity center is a shared common area with private access, which includes amenities such as washer/dryer, life vests, beach towels, sand chairs and umbrellas. For your safety, video monitors are located in parking lot, exterior deck, shared, common areas including the patio, and boat dock. Interior noise monitors are installed to deter any loud activities and parties.

Lovely spot directly on the canals and across the (busy) street from the beach. Lots of restaurants, shops and movies nearby. The owners are very nice and thoughtful about the property. The property itself was a perfect beach rental - everything we needed, well though out and fun design aspects. We would return!

Home on the harbor. Owners were extremely kind and great to work with. Loved kayaking around the harbor. All of the extra beach toys and equipment was a bonus!

Super attentive hosts, took advantage of the Kayaks and SUP. Also a canal tour when the owner is available, also boards and Surfing lessons…they are Super Hosts and highly recommend!! Wonderful Sunset views from the private roof top, a lifelong memories for the Family!!! Be sure to try Golden Olive restaurant!!

Not clean, terrible kitchen supplies, old towels, cheap bedding, way too much deodorizer used throughout, dirty mismatched furniture, noise sensors and ring cameras everywhere. We are adults, a family with a teenager. We rent VRBOs all the time as our son has celiac disease and we like to have a kitchen when we travel. The kitchen was equipped for a college student, difficult to cook a meal. Wouldn’t recommend this rental and we rent often.

Everything was really well organized and there was access to all the fun toys for the water. Sleeping situation isn't ideal, if there are couples, but as a group of girls it worked out fine! Felt a little like invasion of privacy that there are noise monitors and Ring cameras everywhere. Otherwise, great place and would recommend to others traveling to Huntington. Easy access to beach and the house it right on the canal.

We (six adults and one child) spent a 4th of July week end at this property and had a wonderful time. The place is as advertised, with two bunk beds and two additional beds in an alcove. I would say it's better suited for a group of six rather than eight given the number of bathrooms. The patio downstairs is shared with the other tenant, but that was never an issue. The location is really convenient, very close to Sunset Beach, with free access to kayaks and paddleboards for use in the canals. Both hosts were extremely nice and responsive and it was great to meet Mike and get a tour of the area in his boat. The two drawbacks were the lack of seating space in the living room (a bigger sofa would be nice) and the noise from the highway (not a major drawback for us). Would definitely stay here again!
