Check-in online was a breeze. We had a problem with the internet which took a while to get fixed, but afterward it worked fine. We were there in January to see the Christmas lights in Helen so it was too cold to enjoy the deck overlooking the river, but in warmer weather it would be great. The bed was very comfortable. Our only suggestions would be the door needs new weather stripping around it because it does not seal and will not stay closed unless it is locked. Cold air comes in during the winter and we are sure hot air comes in during the summer. The only thing missing was facial tissue which we think should be supplied with the unit. Overall we would definitely book here again

We had a nice stay at this condo. The location was great; close to restaurants and downtown. My only complaint is that the tub drain was stopped up so we had to get some Drano to unclog it. And the damper was left open in the fire place so a lot of cold air came into the living area. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great location walking distance to everything all was great could have been a little cleaner, front door was not very secure and day of checkout the management company turned up at 9.15 to switch out a cable box was very rude and disrespectful , surly they could have given us prior warning or even waited until after 10 when we were checking out

We loved sitting on the patio/balcony overlooking the river. The furniture on the patio was perfect for this. Also, this is a great location with an easy walk to the center of town and many good restaurants.

This place is heaven. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The private deck overlooks the Chattahoochee River and we loved sitting out there and listening to the sounds of the water. There were several excellent restaurants very close to the unit (we would recommend Bigg Daddys) and downtown Helen was only a five minute walk away. We would recommend this and definitely plans to stay again soon. The Hosts have excellent communication and provided all of the information for check in and check out in a very timely matter.

Very clean and comfortable! The porch was our favorite view and water sounds are so peaceful. Short walk to town. We will be back - hopefully next year!

We just stayed the night and unfortunately had to leave early the next morning. Deck view was beautiful. Fall colors in full glory this weekend! Place was clean. King size bed was comfortable. Wish we had more time to explore the idealism town. Already started Christmas decorations!

This is a great little place in downtown Helen. It was walking distance to most attractions but far enough away that it was peaceful sitting on the back deck. The only thing keeping me from giving our stay 5 stars is the bed and sofa. We actually left late the night before checkout to avoid having to sleep on the bed another night. It was very uncomfortable and creaked every time you got in or out of it. The sofa was also uncomfortable and hard to relax on. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to easily park both cars on property. The location is amazing. We walked everywhere that we went. The bathroom is renovated and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed watching the tubers on the River. Great stay!!

It was clean, comfortable and we loved it! It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the tubers going by. It’s in walking distance to so many places. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and Freeze Cream! The balcony overlooking the river was awesome. Early in the morning there are no tubers, it’s quite relaxing. The bed however was not great. I had trouble sleeping. The mattress is not comfy at all.

Noticed ants covering remote control shortly after arriving. Texted management co. An hour later my daughters shoes were covered with ants. Sent another text. Received a notice they would look into issue. Never did. Never heard from management co. OR owner.

Clean, comfortable place for the two of us. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and within walking distance of the local attractions in town. We were also close to several spectacular waterfalls, all within a 30 mile range.

The location was fantastic and could walk just about everywhere but the unit was dirty. We found ants all over the kitchen. The stove was left with crumbs, dirty dishes in the cabinet, a disgusting toaster and the wall next to the bar had something all over it. The floor had hair and other debris on it and you can tell it has not been swept or mopped. The towels seemed to be clean and that's what I am hoping for. The shower curtain was all moldy at the bottom. The walls and the backsplash of the sink extremely dusty. The couch is a dark color but still looked like it needed to have a deep clean done on that was well. The bedroom was thankfully the cleaner of all the area and the linen appeared to be clean so again that's what I and hoping for. We took a weekend getaway and ended up having to clean the unit just to be able to halfway use it. Outside on the porch is where we spent most the time if we were in the unit to enjoy the river and nature. Disappointed in this rental overall. Our worst stay ever with a VRBO
