Loved all the bearsin the condo. We set and watched the inter tubers going down the river. grat fun with friends, We love the fact also that we was in walking distance to the hall for Oktoberefest and to down town. the room was clean and comfortable.
We did not like having to use a 10 diget code to get in the condo door. It would be helpfull if you want to use a 10 diget number then use our phone number. I had left my phone in the room and locked the door. My phone had all the information on it for the room including the code to get in the room. I had to call someone to give me the code. Also the key pad for ithe loby door we had a lot of problems with it as well. if the code was my phone number we at least could have gotten in the room.

The location was perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere in town. It was very close to the
Fest Halle, made it very walkable to and from. This place does have an elevator, very slow but sure beat taking the stairs. Loved the bear theme through out the condo. Very relaxing watching the river and the tubers on the river. We would stay here again. With two bedrooms both king, it is a very nice place for friends to come and have fun.
I cannot think of thing I did not like.

Electricity went out. And not enough hot water for the jacuzzi tub.
