About this house rental
Extra Large(1800sf) townhouse located in the center of Scottsdale Ranch in North Scottsdale. Only minutes from attractions in every direction; this property is close to hiking, golfing, spas, shopping, casinos, and restaurants. On the second floor are two extremely large master suites with new beds, each with private bath and 18 foot vaulted ceilings with skylights. Last but not least, there is a lovely, relaxing pool that will make you feel like you’re at a resort.
My townhouse is typically rented to only one senior renter in the high season. As with all condo rentals, HOA rules will be provided as per association policy. There are no pets and no smoking allowed.
