It will take you anywhere in Breckenridge! The house has 2500 square feet with multiple levels of living and sleeping space. As you enter the home into the living room you will find beautiful new leather furnishings. The space also features a large 50 inch flat screen TV, cable, and wi-fi. The kitchen has ample counter space, new stainless appliances to include oven, microwave, and full size refrigerator with water and ice feature in the door. There is a pass over from the kitchen into the dining area. Sliding glass doors exit from the dining area onto a large deck. It's Furnished with table, chairs, gas grill, and large private hot tub big enough for 10 people! There is a small fenced in yard perfect for building a snowman. Head up just a few stairs to the family room. This cozy space will entertain all ages of your group. The heart of the space is a wood fireplace, wood is provided. After you have lit your fire, sit down in the love seat and entertain yourselves with TV, DVD, board games, pool table, and piano. The sliding glass door exits to a sun room. Furnished with chairs and side tables, this is the perfect space to soak up the Colorado sunshine. The next level up features two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Each room has a queen size bed. At the end of the hall the bathroom has a full tub and shower. The master bedroom is on the top floor. The room has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. A sliding glass door accesses the sun room. Here you will find a love seat and desk space. The desk has a monitor and printer available for use. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room on the lower level of the home. The bunk beds have two full size mattresses. There is a sofa sleeper for lounging or watching TV. We enjoyed our stay at Warrior’s Mark. The house is located just steps away from the free shuttle to the slopes and town which helped make our stay more enjoyable. The house is comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It could use an update on paint and furniture/decorations especially for the price. While we stayed the sauna was broken which I wish had been relayed to us before arriving. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it immensely. Lighting in the bedrooms could use some work—They are all very dark. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the shuttle stop.

We were a group of 8 and the house was a perfect size for us. The multilevel home is good for noise distribution. The sauna wasn’t working and the hot tub water level was extremely low. After our group found a way to fill the hot tub is when the servicing company arrived.

Our stay (3 couples) was great! Huge house, nice size hot tub, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy, fireplace, well equipped kitchen, and a dry sauna in the basement. Location is fantastic! It's right on the free shuttle route, meaning no need to pay for parking at Breck, and the whole group was able to come and go as they pleased. Only comment would be that the master bedroom could use more lamps/another light source, as it only had 2 small reading lamps connected to outlets. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a bit of a challenge to keep track of the (black) neck gators, ski masks, and such. But a great stay overall, and we'd definitely come back!

Pros: 4 bedrooms. Nice layout. Fantastic Location. Cons: Got to the house, and the hot tub barely had any water in it. I called - and was told that she called maintenance. She never called me back. Also NO ONE came to look at the hot tub. I got a hose bib and filled it up with 38 degree water. It took 24 hours to get it up to temperature. We also put the appropriate amount of chemical (thankfully left in the garage) in the hot tub to get it clean. One recliner chair is broken. Puzzles in the house are missing pieces. There are posted notes EVERYWHERE for things to avoid - I about put one on the recliner. The master toilet was EXTREMELY hard to flush - I resorted to taking the lid off the back and manually lifting the flapper. The water pressure in the master shower leave something to be desired. The house has no blankets anywhere to be found. What kind of mountain house has no blankets to red a book by the fire??
