This entire property was just remodeled, including new paint inside and out, new carpet, and all new furnishings and beds! Golf cart rental available - able to drive around the area - Views from beach from inside cottage and bungalow - Great back yard with fire pit and plenty of chairs.

A very nice place. Awesome deck and patio area to hear and watch the ocean. The additional bungalow is a great separate living space, I think it’d be better if it had an actual bed.

Perfect for a couple that wants privacy. Small house (cottage) that has a small but full kitchen. Gorgeous views of the sunset from inside and outside. Direct beach access (beachfront). Literally walk out the back door and walk across the private somewhat secluded back yard and you are on the beach. When you are done at the beach you are steps away from the house, can't beat the convenience, privacy, ambiance, views, beautiful place. Not to mention it's close to great restaurants. Give Jakes Coastal Cantina a try.

I rented this property for my parents to surprise my dad for his 85th birthday. It was beyond our expectations - adorable, clean, stocked, right on the beach, and had plenty of beach accessories, toys, and chairs. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beach front rental. We hope to rent it again in the future.

Pictures does nothing for this place, it was perfect in every way our family ages were from 7 to 48 there was plenty of room for the 7 of us, we had the perfect vacation, we definitely want to stay again ❤️

Great beach getaway. We had the beach to ourselves. House was stocked with everything we needed and had an excellent view of the Ocean.. Owner was very nice and accommodating. We had such a wonderful time!

I couldn't have asked for more for my 58th Birthday!!! What a beautiful place to spend it with family. Everything at our fingertips, including the beach. Sunrise, sunset, and stars galore. We brought some food with us but there were plenty of options to go and eat out. We went to Jake's Coastal Cantina and JD's Restaurant and Lounge, and both were absolutely delicious! The peace and tranquility of being able to stay here was priceless. I would absolutely go back again! We loved it and were all sad to leave. I wish I could share my pictures. P.S. Some of the furnishings have been updated for the property.

We absolutely loved the property. Perfect location on the beach and close to a few shops and restaurants. The cabin has a lot of charm and has been updated inside to be very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and the owner was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Will definitely return!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s a super cute cottage with a picturesque view of the ocean in the back yard. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This little beach cottage was perfect for our few days of spring break. House was cozy and really felt like a beach “getaway.” AWESOME location - backyard was peaceful and private and we loved having the beach just steps away. IRB was a new location for us and we really enjoyed it. Nice beach, lots of restaurant choices, and convenient/easy to get to. Would definitely visit IRB again and would definitely look to stay at this cottage!

This property is a great location in a very nice beach town Has all that you would need about 15 steps over sand dune and then the beach IRB has everything you need will not have to drive once you are there can walk to restaurants a CVS and of course ice cream

With the Gulf steps away and always in view, this is an excellent location. A historical house is a nice change from the modern cookie cutter places that dominate the beach. It has what you need and nothing you don't. Good Cubano's at the Kooky Coconut down the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed and right on the beach. No huge hotels next door, so it was a quieter section of the beach. Kids had a blast. The house had two comfy beds and a couch bed in the living so we didn't even use the back apartment, other than for the washing machine and dryer.

This property is absolutely a hidden gem on Indian Rocks Beach! I stayed with my teenager, her friend, and her friend's parents. The adults took the main cottage and the teenagers got their own space in the little bungalow. The main house is an adorable beach cottage that transports you back in time - quintessential "summer lake house" vibes circa 1965. Not pretentious, and has all the creature comforts (pantry items, sunscreen, goggles, water toys, beach chairs, fire pit) plus *location, location, location*! This is off the main road, so road noise was not an issue. The private yard/deck was fabulous offering both sunny and shady spaces, and our little trail to the beach was perfect! Morning walks looking for seashells, sunset walks chatting about our day, and a quick little walk over to the Kooky Coconut for delicious tacos. Highly recommend! If we are ever back in Florida, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
