Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive house for $531 per night is a great option for your next break. Beach and water surround you. Enjoy this modern and bright floor plan with plenty of room for the family to relax, have fun and share memories. This home has a large private heated pool for you to enjoy. Every detail has been carefully thought out, outfitted and updated. This is an upscale, coastal, two-story waterfront oasis home. The white sandy beach is only a block away. You rent the entire property: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and do not share the property or pool with anyone. Amazing home, inside and out. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with a second family/rec room on lower level. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Keurig K-cup coffee machine to get you up and going. The outside oasis features a patio lounge cabana, a sofa set with swings, and dining table for 6-8. A gas BBQ makes for a fun pool fiesta. This place is great for cooking out, relaxing by the PRIVATE heated and cooled pool, going for a beach stroll, or taking in all that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer. Walk to beach and local favorite restaurants such as Crabby Bills, Jake's Coastal Cantina, or Pipo N Betty's Bakery. The Twin Dolphins is a large private home that is thoroughly disinfected between guests. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests but ample time to clean and ventilate the property between guests is paramount. Your safety and happiness is our main concern. ******* This waterfront pool home is a two-story retreat with 3 bedrooms on the upper level along with a bright open kitchen, dining and living area. A large balcony spans the entire home, excellent for tanning, and overlooks the private pool deck and waterfront oasis. Bedroom 1: King bed pillow top mattress. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Dresser with drawers and large closet. Sliding door to upper balcony deck. Bedroom 2: Two Twin XL beds pillow top mattress. Dresser with drawers and closet. Bedroom 3: Two Twin XL beds pillow top mattress. Dresser with drawers and closet. Bedroom 4 (lower level) King bed, mattress. Dedicated AC. Dresser with drawers and hanging space. Window door opens to pool deck. Pack n' Play, high seat, and crib available. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of cutlery and flatware. We offer plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool, along with shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers and body lotion. There is a wheeled wagon for bringing gear to the beach, and various beach chairs and toys for you to use. The lower level features the entry, a stairway to the top floor and a large rec space with two 49" smart TVs, a PS3 with numerous games, books and movies and a large workstation area. We offer high speed internet for all your work and school needs. This space opens to the waterfront oasis and pool deck. Lower level (ground floor) also features a bedroom with a king bed, and a bath with walk-in shower. Pet policy: Small dogs may be allowed if pre-approved by owner. There is a flat $200 non-refundable pet fee. Max 3 dogs. The private pool and dock area offer plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Kayaks allow you to explore the intracoastal with dolphins, pelicans and the occasional manatee. There are numerous pool floats and games for the entire family. Get ready for a great beach vaca! So pleased with Twin Dolphins. Exactly as described. We live locally in an small condo, but our son and his family were visiting from out of town, so we wanted a place with more space and a pool. Very clean, even more kitchen supplies than I expected The downstairs game area was a perfect space for the kids to hang out. The beach is a short walk away, although we ended up spending most of our days poolside. Kids fished off the dock and saw manatees! I would definitely stay here again.

Twin Dolphins is just a described. It's located on the bay side of Indian Rocks Beach, but is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The heated pool is fantastic, and the house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people. There are plenty of beach toys and equipment to enjoy the beach, and lots of restaurants and attractions close by.

Never did figure out the thermostat and ceiling fans would be a great addition to all bedrooms as it was hot and uncomfortable sleeping. Pool was great. Having boat docked was perfect. One of the kayaks didn’t have a fin so made it hard to steer. Would recommend more forks and a new blender as it is cracked. Missing on arrival were dish towels but they dropped them off for us. But no dish liquid so used up our own. Overpriced for the holiday week.

Everything about the house was perfect! Very close to so many amenities, including walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house was fully stocked, which was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool daily and family games and fishing in the evenings. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful.
Communication throughout the entire process from booking to check-out was professional and extremely timely. We are already talking about going back. Highly recommend.

This is a great property in a wonderful location! It’s only 3-4 blocks from the beach and local restaurants. We loved having our own pool and enjoyed sitting out on the dock . We were a little surprised by the several page contract we received the day before check in which explained fines we could receive, and the pool rules included us cleaning the filters. I always had in the back of my head a nervousness that we might be blamed for something or do something wrong and get fined $100-$350. The kitchen has everything you need. The only downfall is every time we used the oven or toaster the fire alarm would go off even when nothing was burning or smoking. Overall we had a great vacation and you can’t beat the location and amenities of this property! The host was great with communication and replied quickly.

Our party of 6 had a great time in Indian Rocks. So many great restaurants are walkable including an amazing breakfast spot down the street, Pipo and Betty's. The pool was great and the house had plenty of room for each couple along with great common areas. Josiah was very helpful and in touch whenever we had a question.

Amazing Property!
We are a multi-generational family that visited Twin Dolphins for the 4th. Two married couples, our 19 yr old daughter, two teen boys, and a toddler (age 3). The property was big enough that we were all comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from the kitchen to the pool supplies. We made amazing memories in this home and truly loved our first visit to the area.
