About this house rental
Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $625 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This beautiful multistory home is located on the intercostal and is within 10 min walking distance to the beach with an extensive variety of restaurants and bars, most within walking distance. The home has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a family dinner as well as coffee maker and Keurig and water kettle (for a nice cup of tea). We provide complimentary coffee for your use. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of spice you may need! The home boasts a large pool overlooking the intercostal with plenty of space for relaxing and cooking out on the BBQ. The home has amazing views of the water; relax and spend time watching the boats, dolphins, pelicans and wildlife go by, or set off in the two kayaks that we have available for you to use, at your leisure. The location of this home makes it a much sought after vacation spot which, after experiencing the view it has to offer, you will never want to leave. Please note the ground floor bedroom that is off of the pool area, does not have heating, but, should you need it in the cooler weeks we may get (yes we get the odd few days or so), there is a space heater for use and works very well. This room also has a wall A/C unit for the hot months which also works well. The pool is currently not heated. What’s included! Use of 2 kayaks, a couple of fishing rods, you may want to try your hand at fishing! We do provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon for use. We also have a variety of coolers. There is a small umbrella stroller, a pack and play and a portable high chair that attaches to the kitchen chairs. The linen closet is stocked with extra sheets, clean towels, and blankets. We have two inflatable twin beds for use if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with 12 piece tableware set, pots and pans for cooking, toaster, water kettle, keurig machine and coffee maker. We have a vast array of spices for cooking. BBQ grill. There is a refrigerator and kitchenette type area on the lower level by the pool, perfect for access when out by the pool or for guests staying in the lower level bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. 5 mins from Splash Harbor Water Park 35 mins from TPA airport 20 mins from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport 90 mins from Disney / Universal (Orlando) 30 mins from Downtown St. Pete; which hosts restaurants, bars, museums 15 mins from Clearwater Beach 35-40 mins from downtown Tampa 45 mins from Busch Gardens Theme Park / Adventure Island Water Park BTR#2029

We stayed here for 4 nights prior to New Years to attend a surprise engagement party - 6 adults and one infant. House was exactly as pictured - spectacular views of the water, huge pool and very clean, recently renovated home. Easy 5 min walk to beach and downtown. Owners were very responsive. Easy check in and check out.

This beautiful home is right on the bay and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has pool toys, sand toys, a wagon & chairs for the beach, an umbrella stroller (long walk in the heat for little ones), sunscreen, bug spray, etc! Made our packing much easier and the owner is very friendly & accomodating. Great neighborhood, comfy beds, very clean, & a great pool for multiple people! You have to see this place in person to truly appreciate!

The house had everything we needed. Only complaint would be large boat on lift at dock so hard to enjoy the water or fish off the back of dock. The house was very clean and and inviting.

This house had everything we needed and more! I cannot begin to describe how perfect the location is. We saw dolphins, a manatee, kayaked and walked to the beach each day. So many restaurants and things to do in the area! We loved Johns Pass and waterfront restaurants in St. Pete. However, the beach access at 5th Ave. just a short walk away was our favorite!
Oh and the BEACH SUPPLIES!!! Wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more! This made things so easy and set the house apart from others. Both Scott and his wife were so easy to work with and so helpful. We will be back!

Scott and Michelle were great hosts. Property had everything we needed, including beach/pool gear and kitchen necessities. Location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars. Listing says unheated pool but it was plenty warm for swimming in March! Our four kids aged 9-13 also loved the house, very large pool, and the beach. I would recommend Indian Rocks Beach and this property. Hopefully will be back!

The house was so well stocked with everything you might need! The location is wonderful! The house was very clean with lots of room. Scott and Michelle were awesome, and so accommodating. This was the best house we have ever gotten through vrbo. Hopefully we will be returning next year to spend another week there.

We were a party of 5 adults. Loved the house. Comfortable, clean and best stocked kitchen I have experienced. Enjoyed the location so much. Used the kayaks every day, easy to launch from the dock. Usually saw dolphins. Appx. 4 block walk to ocean. Walked to Crabby Bills many times for a drink and live music. Number of restaurants within walking distance. Owners were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

This property was absolutely amazing. The house was immaculate and we felt right at home the entire time. It is walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants! It was too cold to get in the pool but laying out by the pool was one of my favorite things. They have anything and everything you need to enjoy beach and pool activities. They were well stocked with kitchen appliances when we wanted to have a meal at home. The view from the back deck was picture perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Indian Rocks Beach home. The size was perfect for our family of 5 (with 2 teens and an 8 yo). The tri-level layout actually worked out great, as each kid had their own “space” which they thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the pool, the dock for fishing and the (healthy) walk to the local beach. The house itself was well-equipped with laundry supplies, basic showering supplies and kitchen needs. We appreciated the beach supplies (had to purchase our own sand toys (buckets, shovels) from the local Walgreens (walking distance from beach). We also enjoyed the Disney+ account for nighttime movies. We’d recommend for families. Lots of stairs to be mindful of though, which we appreciated for the exercise.

Even before our arrival Scott was great at answering questions and giving helpful advice for our stay. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed and more, including the water toys, Kayakes for a leisurely trip out on the water. 20th High School Reunion/Girls Trip
We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property! It was truly walkable to restaurants and the beach. Having a private pool with a view of the inter coastal waterway was fantastic. The house was stocked with so many things that made the trip easy. From kitchen supplies, to beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, a wagon, everything we needed was already there. The upstairs bedroom and basement have window a/c units because the central air doesn’t do great in those areas but there weren’t any complaints of anyone getting hot. The owners were communicative and helpful when we had any questions.

Great 4th of July stay
We had an amazing time at this property. The house was great and clean and perfect for a large family. The pool and outdoor area are great for hanging out all day and the downstairs extra room and bathroom are perfect for anyone who wants some extra privacy. The owners were very responsive and helpful and we loved staying here. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. We had a wonderful, relaxing week! The beach is a short walk away or stay in and enjoy the pool. The whole house is fully stocked. There are plenty of amenities to use also. Very family friendly home, with welcoming neighbors.

Great stay, great location
We had a lovely time at this perfectly located Indian Rocks Beach property over father's day weekend. On the second day we were there, a toilet issue came up (the flushing mechanism in the main floor toilet just completely broke). The owner came over ON FATHER'S DAY and fixed it before it became an issue. We were super impressed with the owner's responsiveness. Everything was so great. I loved the chairs and beach items provided for use, there was even a cart so we could walk over and haul everything easily. Make sure you check out Crabby Bills and the ice cream place on your way to the beach. Great stay! Wish we could go every year.

Great home in a great area
The house was great. Plenty of room for a family of 8 to be together and have their own space. They had so many things you would need for a vacation beach trip from towels, beach toys and coolers to the small things like tin foil and cooking utensils. It was walkable to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Everything was very easy from checkin to checkout and they were very responsive. The whole family said they would gladly stay there again!

It was the perfect vacation. Everything was just as advertised and the owners were responsive via email/ app. The walk to the beach was .3 miles(about 8 minutes). The pool was great and we caught several fish from the dock. Overall a wonderful experience

My husband, tween daughters and father-in-law stayed here for vacation over April break. The location is fabulous, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach, easy drive to more beaches. It is less than an hour to Tampa, however there’s plenty to do within minutes from this beautiful home. The home itself was absolutely perfect. The kitchen and living areas were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, every amenity you could need. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the beautiful pool and intercoastal watching the birds. We very much enjoyed our lazy days at the house, swimming in the pool, reading in the outdoor spaces or comfortably in the house. Bedrooms were very comfortable and clean, plenty of space for our family and more if you needed it! If you were traveling from far, this is a great home for you, everything you could possibly need is here including coffee, condiments, full working kitchen, air mattresses, plenty of linens and towels. There were also many amenities for the pool and beach. We could’ve stayed much longer, wonderful vacation!

Sunsets on the beach are unbelievable! And the pool at the house was another huge advantage for our family.
I'd say the only drawbacks were the AC in the basement bedroom and the top story bedroom. Florida is very warm and they only had window units. But there are fans and we plenty comfortable. But I know the heat can be an issue for some people when they're trying to sleep.
Overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again!

Great Location
We loved our stay on this property celebrating a milestone birthday with a group of friends. Very quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants (Jake’s fried corn, fish tacos and margaritas are a must!) The accommodations in the house were absolutely perfect for a large group. The men enjoyed fishing in the inter coastal, all the supplies for the beach and the pool were also appreciated.
The communication with the property owners was top notch! They were always very quick to respond to any message and even were kind enough to reach out after we checked in.

Fabulous Stay and So Easy to Get to Beach
This was a fabulous rental property! We were worried with 3 kids as we were not able to bring all our beach gear. But--the house had everything we needed! Wagons, beach chairs, towels, toys to take to the beach, boogie boards, etc. It was great! We loved hanging out on the back porch in the mornings to drink our coffee and have drinks in the evening --it was so relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to walk everywhere close by. Our kids (7 and 9 ) had no problem walking to the beach each day. They also loved the pool---it was a little chilly but that did not stop the kids from getting in! We would absolutely stay here again!
