Located in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming house for $177 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This 1200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished townhome is in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, conveniently located near the beach's shops and restaurants and less than 6 miles from downtown St. Augustine. The property has 2 swimming pools (one is heated in the winter) and private boardwalk beach access. The first floor of the unit features a private 1-car attached garage with full size washer and dryer, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and a patio with a table and chairs. The second floor of the unit features the two bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, lots of closet space, a TV (with cable) and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, a TV (for game systems, no cable) and a private deck. All towels and linens are furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, Crock Pot and Keurig coffee maker. A charcoal grill is also available for use. The unit also has WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player (in the living room), games/puzzles, beach chairs and beach toys. We do not allow smoking or pets. Less than a mile (approximately 2 minutes) from the community is Anastasia Plaza with retailers such as Publix, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Chinese take-out, Sea Oats Cafe, and several other restaurants and shops.

The property was convenient to most anything you would want to do in the area. Drew was very good to work with and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

(1) The storm door on front door is broken/does not close tightly. For this community, it was a safety/security issue. (2) The downstairs bathroom smells rancid, and the sounds coming from the tank after the toilet is flushes are horrible. (3) There is duct tape on the bottom step which has obviously been there for a while. (4) The first actual stair step leading upstairs is not level and is a fall hazard. (5) There is a styrofoam cup on the top shelf of the refrigerator which says “Please leave in center-back. Catching drip until get fixed.” (6) There is rust on the shelves in the freezer, sludge under the drawers in the refrigerator from aforementioned drip, and the refrigerator was not cleaned prior to our arrival. (7) In the upstairs bathroom, the bathroom door is coming apart at the bottom, and there is a rubber door stopper to keep the door from closing on its own. (8) There were long black/brunette hairs everywhere, including in the upstairs bathroom as well as all over the floor of the bedroom with the king sized bed, which we cleaned up. (9) There are broken horizontal blinds in both bedrooms and in the living room. (10) The patio furniture is so rusted, a few of the chairs are too dangerous to sit in. The assumption is obviously that renters are going to tear the place up, so no repairs/ maintenance/cleaning have been done. I’ve paid less for actual ocean view condos and have had amazing experiences. The complete opposite was the case here. Very disappointing.

We have vacationed in St. Augustine as a family for the past 5 years. We tried this property for the first time, and we plan to keep returning. The location is perfect, the community is nice and secure, and the beach is SO close. Highly recommend this unit and beach condo community.

This home was exactly as described. Place was clean and had most of the comforts of home. Very close to beach, kids esp loved the pool! Very close to anything you may need. Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Great trip!

This is an excellent property, well located in the area. The owners are very much in touch with you and easily accessible. The listing does not show access to 2 cruiser type bikes which makes getting around even easier. Excellent cable/TV access, AC, pool and of course the beach!

The property was in great location with easy access to all St Augustine Beach businesses & restaurants. Quick & easy walk to beach access on the property. 2 pools but didn’t use either. The townhome has a garage which is a plus! Lots of beach towels & equipment. Kitchen had everything you needed. The owner Drew was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We hope to stay again!

We stayed for 6 weeks, the location was great, the community was quiet, safe and friendly. Drew was easy to work with and quick with suggestions of events to attend and restaurants to visit. The proximity of the pool, easy walk to the beach (Gopher Tortoises to see in the dunes) and several walkable restaurants made our 1st visit to St. Augustine most enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great place! The beach is a few steps away and close to everything else! The pool is a plus, right outside your door. The place is well kept and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. Overall had a great experience!

This was the perfect condo for a visit to St. Augustine. We loved its proximity to the pristine beach (2-3 minute walk) as well as all the beach equipment you could ask for including towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, bocce ball, and wake boards (and probably more that I'm forgetting). The condo itself was comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. The pool (although we did not use it) was right outside the back door. Drew was an attentive and gracious host. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a week stay. Our vehicle was secure in a full carport with garage door. Washer, dryer, any and all beach equipment you could ever dream of in closets on carport. Literally steps away from one of the pools on the property. We were close to downtown and enjoyed the beach every day. It was quiet and cozy. We can't brag on this place enough!! We will recommend to all of our friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Not a long drive to historical district. Close to food options and Publix. Downside for us is both pools were not open the entire week we were there. We picked this property for the pool because our son has sensory issues and does not like the beach like the rest of the family. It was our way of letting him enjoy his vacation and ours too. So, I hope the pool will work for others wanting to stay here. Overall, we would stay here again.

Cute little condo with all you could need. Directly on beach close to beach restaurants and short drive to old town with all it has to offer. The property has two pools and the unit has bikes too. Great Rental!
