Nestled in Vilano Beach, this lovely condo for $235 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Kick off your shoes and forget your workday worries. This oceanfront condo looks out onto quiet, never-crowded Vilano Beach. On the first floor, you simply have to slide open the lanai doors, grab a beach towel, take a few steps across the dune boardwalk, and sink your toes into one of Florida's nicest shelling beaches. If you're an early-bird, enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on the boardwalk sitting area and watch the sun rise and the dolphins play. When you want to take a break from sunning, swimming, and ocean-gazing, there's a warm-water outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand. Hang out on the patio, enjoy surround-sound TV with the fireplace going, or work a puzzle at the 6-top dining table. Being only a 7-unit building with private beach access, you'll have plenty of space and quiet time. Each bedroom has a 1080p HD TV with 140-channel Xfinity Comcast cable, including music channels. And each bedroom and the LR and DR all have tabletop electrical plugs with USB 1/2.4v chargers for all those electronic devices we know you don't leave home without. The kitchen is stocked for cooking or entertaining, and the stainless steel GE Profile appliances will keep your meal prep and clean-up in good stead. There is plenty of off-street parking for you and your visitors. With Vilano town center a 2-block walk from the condo (by beach or A1A/Coastal Highway), you have ready access to restaurants, a Publix grocery store, 2 surf shops, a convenience store, and other amenities. And the condo's location is 2 miles from downtown (crowded) St Augustine -- fantastic town, rich with history, but when the sightseeing is done for the day, take the short intracoastal bridge crossing back to your well-appointed, quiet Vilano Beach hide-away and put your feet up. We had high expectations from the pictures online but nothing could prepare us for the in person beauty and ambiance of this amazing condo. The owners thought of everything! The decor is so calming, we were relaxed as soon as we walked in. They have games, puzzles, books, etc. I could go on and on! Beds and sofas were super comfortable. The view to the dunes and ocean were spectacular! The beach was so peaceful, just perfect!
My 60th birthday was our excuse to get away for a few days with the pups since you so kindly accept fur babies to stay as well. Thank you for the birthday wishes and all of the doggie treats for Ruby and Lucy. So thoughtful of you! We will be coming back in the future for sure and recommend your place to friends and family!

The property is right on the beach and near downtown, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, Flagler and just about anywhere youâd like to go. The house had everything you need for cooking or a relaxing dinner out of a to-go box on the patio at night while enjoying the sound of the wavesđ
Patrick & Neal go all out to ensure their property is pet friendly - we had 2 dog beds, leashes, a variety of treats all available as soon as we arrived.
Everyone enjoyed our stay and weâd definitely book again. One in our party already asked for property info and is looking to book with other friends as their schedules permit!

If you're looking for a clean, beautifully appointed home with a view, this place is for you. Everything about this home is 5 star. The kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms spacious, bedroom comfortable. All ammenities provided. A stone throw walk to the beach which is quiet with miles of sand to walk and enjoy the wildlife. Had the most amazing girls trip here recently! First of all the condo is BEAUTIFUL. From the moment you get there you feel welcomed with a personal little note. We (4 high school friends) were celebrating our 60th birthdays and also had a Jimmy Buffet Tribute day!
The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It had all the kitchen necessities we needed especially for making frozen margaritas. The beach view was awesome and beach access was a very short walk out the back door. We walked on the beach every day we were there. There were all kinds of beach essentials - lots of chairs, towels, umbrellas for us to use.
We had so much fun spending time on the back patio reminiscing about old high school times.
Very easy communication with the hosts.

Truly a dream vacation property. As others have mentioned, the pictures (while great) just don't do it justice - it's SOO spacious! Our three day weekend included two adults (master - king, on suite), one 70th birthday girl (queen, window seat, Jack+Jill bath), a 2 year old (double twins, Jack+Jill bath, we used our pack and play but they also have one, and they had a booster seat that worked wonderfully for him plus two bathtubs in the unit), and our two mini goldendoodles (two dog beds - INCLUDED!). And all 5 of us cannot wait to be back!
The dog-friendly beach was the highlight for me. It's a short enough walk (a straight line down the boardwalk) to go back and forth to the fridge for a cold drink or snack and be back within 3 minutes. There were plenty of beach towels/chairs/umbrellas in the storage room. There is also an outdoor shower to wash your feet and we used the unit's hose to wash the sand off our pups paws in the grass, which was seriously so easy!
Communication was spot on too! These hosts are so friendly and accommodating!

Don't hesitate to book this property. The pictures do not do it justice. My family and I stayed for a week in June and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is gorgeous! Everything is well-thought-out, high-end furniture, linens and appliances. Pure luxury! We were welcomed with kind notes and special treats for our dog too. I have been vacationing in St. Aug and Vilano for 20+ years and this condo unit surpasses all other experiences I have had.

We absolutely loved the place. It was very clean and being a first floor walk out was great. The beach was very quiet and we loved the location. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Had a wonderful vacation, would highly recommend this property.

We LOVED our stay here. My husband and I were with our two daughters - 1.5 and 2.5 and this was a great spot. Quick drive to the historic area of downtown, grocery store was so close, and the beach out front was so quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect spot for being close to the downtown area but also getting in all the beach time. The space itself was incredibly clean and very well stocked with anything you would need for the bath, kitchen, beach etc.- AND actually a lot more spacious than we originally anticipated. You'd be very comfortable with enough personal space if you had two families in your party or three couples. If we come back to St. Augistine we will absolutely seek out this rental.

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a great experience. Soft music was playing and lights were. There was a note from Neal and Patrick that welcomed us to their home. The condo is beautifully decorated. They had a book which answered all of our questions about the condo. We had a wonderful time. Neal and Patrick are exceptional hosts!

One of the best properties we have ever rented!
Hosts are extremely attentive to every possible travelersâ needs, including pets. Absolutely every detail was provided, right down to a regular AND brush style hair dryer. Our dog loved her provided toys and bed, and our daughter LOVED the reading nook in her bedroom. Beach was quiet and tucked away from the crowds, but the location was so close to groceries, gas and the Fountsin of Youth Park. Wish we could give this property and its hosts 10 stars!!

This was our second time here and it was just as good as the first. The beach is amazing and right outside the door. What we really like is being far enough away from the historical district to het away from the crowds but close enough to get there in 10 minutes or less. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was beautiful. The furnishings, linens, accessories⌠all of the details were perfect. The beach itself was less than perfect due to the recent hurricane, Nicole. It was littered with wood, rocks, palm trees and other debris. This, of course, could not be helped.

We could not have asked for a better experience - from the peaceful beachfront condo, to the thoughtful hosts that went above and beyond: not only a spotlessly clean and comfortable home, but there was peaceful music playing for our arrival! So nice to have such a beautiful AND pet friendly home, with sweet treats, bedding and toys left for our fur babies! I wish we could give more than 5 stars!! Canât wait to come back!!

I have been renting beach properties in Georgia and Florida for more than 40 years and this unit is the best by far. The decor is impeccable. It is completely furnished with all one needs for a stay. The appliances are new and top quality. The small touches make it appealing: plenty of storage space; games and books; plenty of beach towels and chairs. Although it's three floors it's extremely quiet. The beach is 50 yards away over the dunes and uncrowded.
Vilano Beach is a short drive north of St. Augustine but removed from the tourist bustle.

This condo is so great, even my teenage sons encouraged and reminded me to take the time to leave a review. We have stayed in many condos at various Florida beach locations (and throughout the U.S.) and this was, by far, the best condo rental that we have experienced. I have been let down in the past. So, I am usually apprehensive about whether or not the rental will live up to my expectations. This condo exceeded them. Factors that made it the best are the cleanliness, size, details, decor, outdoor space, and the beach location. Except for the love that the owners share for dogs, you would never know that other dogs have stayed in this condo. The condo was impeccably clean (smelled fresh, no dog hair, etc.), and I tend to have very high standards and a sensitive nose. This condo is extremely large (all bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the living spaces) and much roomier than I anticipated. Extra special touches included music playing when we arrived, USB ports/charging stations throughout the condo, labels on all of the lights, laundry soap provided, a sweet card for our family when we arrived, dog bed, dog toys, and dog treats. In regards to decor, paint colors are calming and beachy. The furniture is comfortable and in great condition. The condo is decorated in a manner that makes it feel like home right away. The owners clearly take great pride in the condo, but also sharing their condo with renters as demonstrated in how beautifully they have decorated it. We have stayed at other condos that have the bare bones that just don't have the same comfortable feel as this one. The outdoor space feels very private due to walls on either side. It is located in close proximity to the outdoor shower. So, you will likely see parties staying in other units walk by, but that did not bother us. It made it very convenient for us to wash sand off and walk right in through the sliding patio door. The outdoor furniture is great quality and in great shape. There is a clear view of the ocean from the patio, although you cannot see the beach itself (which, again, did not bother us). Great views of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen, dining room, and living room as well. The beach itself was much better than we anticipated. This was our first visit to St. Augustine. The beach was wide and had powdery soft sand. The walk is short from the condo to the beach making it super easy to get chairs to the beach and back up when needed. We definitely plan to return.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo that has everything you need! Beach towels, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, pots, pans, dishes and plenty of towels!
We saw dolphins jumping in the waves and beautiful sunrises!
We have a daughter with special needs and the walk to the beach is lot easier than most places. There are about 7-8 stairs to get down to the beach, then you have arrived. She relaxes with kids show and every room has a television so she was able to retreat when she was anxious.
The condo is very well insulated, so not a lot of outside noise. There are two drawers to lock valuables up. Two nice bathrooms. The master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed that could use a new mattress.
We enjoyed a pizza at Puccinis, in the Publix shopping center. It was a delicious!! Vilano is very close to St. Augustine, use the GPS, there is a short cut down a beautiful street lined with trees full of Spanish Moss. Great place for a picture!!
